Do not go to the Greek night at Oasis.. Not re-commended. Hotel is slightly out of town so if you can hire a car.

All rooms are clean and tidy. Food is great and breakfast is either full English with cereal and fruit juice, Greek breakfast or just toast and coffee. The swimming pool is large and spotless with plenty of sunbeds. Location is close to everything you need in Sidari.

Beach wasnt crowded at all and it is not as well developed as other resorts we have been to.Watch out for the open culverts as you walk around boy do they smell! If you are looking for culture hire a car or take a trip if its booze and sunbathing it will do for you.

The resort in general was ot our cup of tea!
It did smell quite often, it was far too lively & noisy and it wasnt the best beach Ive been to in the greek isles

I thought the resort was lovely, especially the beach. Lots of bars/restaurants to eat in which were on the main road - they also backed onto the beach.
There were plenty of bars/resaurants to go to but if you're looking to go as a group I would go somewhere a bit more lively, I didn't see any clubs there.
Loads of couples there though.
The resort is one long road, make sure to go right to each end - theres a great italian at one end.
Theres a small shop in the town who book excursions, it's worth popping in as they were a lot cheaper than our travel agent was - try the water park, it's wicked!
Would definately go back.

The main street along the front of the hotel can be a bit dodgy as to the narrow pavements and can be a bit noisy at times but dont let that put you off. Plenty of places to eat and drink at. The entertainment is a bit limited to a few bars puting on some shows. There are a couple of discos we went to one after a drink or 20 (trying to relive our youth but there were only a dozen or so people in and that was about 2am) again may just have been the time of year. One warning take plenty moz spray for yourself and something for the room as they are rife and i have been told that as the season goes on they get worse. The canal area is worst. Go to the travel agents accross the road to the right trips almost half price and you get a better rate with no commission for the money exchange.

Sidari was very lively at one end and quieter the other. Which suited our family because we stayed away from the lively side. There seemed alot of discos, kareoke bars as well as comedians in the resort.
Lots of water sports for those who were able. Beachs were'nt the best we've seen but we never really spent any time away from our hotel pool during the day.
It is a resort that could do better if it slowed down. But we come again with more of our family.

Sidari, is a very lively place, and probably only second to Kavos for entertainment.
You have a massive choice of food and bars, but at night the guys employed to 'tempt' you into the clubs/pubs can be a little pushy to say the least....
The beach is dissapointing, with poor sand quality, and the sea is full of seaweed so snorkelling is really a no no unless you are prepared to go a fair way off the beach.
We spent 2 weeks in Sidari, so we done all the bars and food eateries to death... our favourite was the Sea Breeze, followed by the Three Little Pigs, and or favourite bar was Balero's great karoake and drink.......
The Red Lion a typical brit pub had Steve Spit a fantastic drag act.
We hired a car for the day and drove to the south of the island ( an experience on some roads...)
Its a mad or as quiet as you want, but the locals are so very friendly, and despite finding ourselves at times very drunk in the early hours... you felt very safe walking back to the hotel.
Just watch the ladies offering a rose for free...... once you except they slap a wristband on your wrist and then want 5 Euros...... dont worry they catch every single new visitor...
Try the Mimisa hotel in the morning..... full english breakfast for 2 euros.... what a bargain

Lovely beach and some excellent restaurants. For really good food try Damias yard by the canal d'amour. During the day visit Sea Monkeys, Ellie and Chris are sure to give you a warm welcome, cold beer and free sun loungers. There is plenty for everyone in Sidari you just have to look to find it.

The resort has plenty of entertainment and activities for all the family. There are a no. of beaches including a long narrow beach alongside the many bars & restaurants and a no. of small coves. Main beach is cleaned regularly. Only thing that spoils the main beach is the fact that cars & lorrys drive along the back of it to access the bars etc.
The resort cleanliness is of a satisfactory std.
There is plenty of choice with regards to restaurants and bars. We stayed here for two weeks and didn't even get around half the restaurants.
One place I can recommend for a good night out is Olympic. Food is good and the Greek dancing is excellent !
