Do not go to the Greek night at Oasis.. Not re-commended. Hotel is slightly out of town so if you can hire a car.

All rooms are clean and tidy. Food is great and breakfast is either full English with cereal and fruit juice, Greek breakfast or just toast and coffee. The swimming pool is large and spotless with plenty of sunbeds. Location is close to everything you need in Sidari.

The Canal de Amour area was fine plenty bars and restaurants. No pavenments and fast motorbikes so watch small kids. Main Sidari town was a lot of nightlife (too much like Blackpool) but plenty shops. Only went there once!!
Eating out in the Canal de Amour area we loved the 'Rock', '2 Brothers' and the Zafiris restaurant. Heard so much about Cactus Jacks which we tried and it was good but pricey. The 3 little pigs was a theme restaurant and food was average in fact our worst meal.
Overall having been to lots of other Greek islands we found Corfu the cheapest and good value for money.

Sidari appeared to be kept very clean although there are quite a few stray dogs which I found a bit offputting.
I wouldn't recommend this resort for youngsters looking for a wild time. Walking through the town centre gives the impression of a busy nightlife but in fact if you look into any of the pubs/clubs, there's not much happening other than loud music. We were there in mid-July and most of the pubs/clubs were empty.
No large beaches that I saw but all of the beaches in Sidari are blue flag - very clean.
Compared to other Greek islands we've visited, we found eating out in Sidari fairly inexpensive but, as always, the drinks are similar prices to home.

Sidari is great for families and friends, busy nightlife one end, quiet towards canal d'amour so good contrast.
Sunset beach is worth a visit, wouldn't recommend the trip to the traditional village festival, we were told it only happened once a year but actually it seems to be a weekly event!
Aqualand is a great day out if you fancy a day away from Sidari. Also a great place for a wedding with a difference!!
Can't wait til we go back this year!

We found Sidari to be a very small resort, and only took around 30 minutes to get to by taxi from the airport. It had plenty to do. There were many playparks, and carnivals, for the children, and plenty of pubs, clubs, and restaurants.
The beaches wern't very good, very stoney, and full of twigs and seaweed. There were plenty of watersports, that you could take part in, and boats were also avaliable for hire. Our party went on a lot of excursions, which we booked through a travel agent called Phillip, who was just one of many travel agents in the resort, he was very funny, and sold the trips, at the cheapest possible prices.
There was a small waterpark, which looked quite rundown, and only have one or two slides, so we didn't bother going there. We went to the main waterparks, HYDROPOLIS, and AQUALAND.
However Sidari is a wonderderful resort and we will most likley return here in the future.

Sidari is a brilliant resort with loads of activities for everyone.the resort is catered for every taste and is developin more for familys and the young, wild and single.
One of the resturants I would highly recommend is called 'FACE'the food is fantastic and the service is great, brand new films are shown every night. One of the bars I would recommend is called 'DIVERSO'the staff are so friendly and are willin to please your every needs,a british Dj plays there every night too. They give out free drinks like tap water!
Sidari beach is a lovely sandy beach with plenty of water sports for the whole family.a small part of the main beach is not so great with lots of seaweed and boats parked up but its still ok.
I have already visited this resort twice now and it was great both times, I think I would leave it a couple off years then return to see the changes in its development but I would definally visit again!

Sidari is great, lots to do, lovely people. Beaches were clean and there were water sports and you can wade out into the water for miles out at waist level very clear waters.

Sidari's beach is wonderful and there's so many other little coves that you just have to visit, and they're really not that far to walk, about 5 minutes and you're there! I don't remember paying for sunbeds, but we usually took towels anyway. The beaches are really clean and you'll often see a man going round with a litter picker and rubbish bag!!
Places to eat? There's LOADS!! My favourite was the Face Pub, turn left out of the Tondoris and it's about a 3 minute walk on the left-hand side. This is excellent value for money and if you have children it's even better. They show films around 6/7 o'clock, so you can order you meal and eat it whilst watching the film. Last year we saw Madagascar, Shrek 2, Charlie & The Chocolate Factory, Monster in Law and a few more I can't remember. Again they're very good at remembering faces, so expect a little chit-chat.
Other good places to eat are:
~ Piazza de la Pizza (which is a Pizzeria where they cook stonebaked pizzas, you can even order to take- away!)
~ Churchills (Fish n' Chip shop, also available to do take-aways!)
~ MacDonalds! Yep, Sidari has one, so no hassle for fussy eaters like me! They even understand what a plain cheeseburger is!!
There are loads more places to eat, plenty of nice Chinese restaurants, but as we're not keen chinese food people we didn't eat in any of them.
I really recommend taking a boat trip into Corfu Town. The first year we went by coach in the evening, but it wasn't as enjoyable as the boat ride. You can even see views of Albania during the journey and on a hot day a nice, cool, sea breeze is exactly what you need! I can't remember the price, but I know it wasn't very expensive!
Also, AquaLand is a great day out! It's the third largest waterpark in the world and deffinitely well worth going, even if you don't have children!
Please, PLEASE, don't book any excursions via the tour operators!!! Just opposite the Tondoris is a little company that does all the same excursions for HALF the price and they don't rip you off!! We had a little mishap last year. We tend to lock half of our euros in the safety deposit box behind reception, as we feel it's very silly to "hide" them in the room. We were due to go to on an excursion at 9am, but no one was behind reception so we couldn't get the keys to our box, therefore having no euros to take with us. We went to the excursions company and the lady let us change the times without having to pay any extra! So I really recommend them!
The nightlife is excellent, a nice variety of quiet bars, friendly pubs and night clubs. You'll get people trying to drag you into their bar about every five steps you take, but if you say no they do accept it, apart from Robbie who works for the little beach shack bar on the beach, just at the beginning of the strip. Most of the time he is drunk so just keep walking!
I think I'm finished now, hope this helps and like I said before, there is not one bad thing about the Tondoris Studios & Apartments and Sidari itself is lovely, so give it a go, I'm 99% sure you'll enjoy it!! And for the person who posted the review saying they're best suited for older couples and families, I don't agree. My boyfriend and I were 17 the first year we went, although we are somewhat mature and not loud at all, we enjoyed it thoroughly! I'm hoping to go again this year, although prices have gone up :o(

Second week in June still early in the season.
They have only just started to clean up the beaches for the season. Not much for children, more for the young and lively or the elderly.

Resort as clean as to be expected in Greece.
Cocktail bars karaoke bars on the Strip, not for us,like other parts of Greece getting a bit like Spain.Beaches average,
The several tavernas that we used were v/good with excellent service.
Our first time in Sidari, next time somewhere like Kassiopi.
