Falaraki is a much quieter place and now better for families.
The beach is of a good standard with lots of water sports at reasonable prices.

i would only revist the resort to go back to the brilliant hotel . The nightlife was ok but apart from the heat you could have just as good a night in manchester but with out the 17 year olds on there first holiday away from home.

The resort does look abit run down in places as a few places closed when the resort received some bad publicity a few years ago. However it is starting ti attract more families now ans is improving. Definitely visit again in next few years just to see how things are improving.

We loved it and would go back again everyone you meet in the street was so welcoming and friendly.
You have to watch a greek wedding if you get a chance at the local church they are so full of fun.
The beach was good only 5 mins away if you take the short cut, the sand does become to hot to walk on tho.
When on holiday there if you have an accident make sure you have money the dont look at your papers at the hospital . The staff are not very helpful , they walk about on mobiles and they dont give you any help or assistance when trying to find out about family/friends. If you have to go by ambulance be prepared to double up they get as many people as they can in.

the resort of faliraki offers a wide variety of things to do. there is something there for everyone. its beach is great long and sandy with bars and resturants along the front.shops and shops galore in the town centre from designer to high street. nightlife supberb and friendly ranging from bars to clubs easy going or party fever.faliraki has a wide range of day trip excursions and water sports,a beautiful harbour and many gorgeous restaurants. i can recommend the desert rose bbq house, food there is excellent. there is price ranges to suit everyones pocket and whatever you decide you are sure to recieve a warm welcome from the locals.

The beach being sand and shingle didn't really suit us, but there was plenty of sunbeds around the pool areas although you need to get there early to put your towels out.
All in all we had a lovely holiday, didn't want to come home, 2 weeks wasn't long enough. We would definately go back to this hotel.

Faliriki is not as lively as it use to be but there is lots of bars & night clubs. there is alot of things to do...hire boats, scuba diving visiting lindos, turkey, rhodes old town. go to the water park. We didnt stop fort the fortnight we were there. It is an lovely island & the Greeks are lovely people. i would recommend it to any one. A fananastic island.

The resort it self is a bit poor. The Sun Place is situated quite a way out. All the shops sell them same things as usual. Theres no perfume shops in Falfraki you would have to go to Rhodes town for perfume.
Bar street is a nightmare having been to Kavos, Bendidorm, Maguluf I know what the touts are like but these lot are just rude and can be quite aggressive.
I also found this Island to be the most expensive out of all the other ones ive been to. Falraki is nothing special at all and I would not return.
