Our best holiday ever was in this hotel, mostly because of the resort but the hotel played a big part!
We went on a B&B basis but the breakfast was hardly there. Not that we cared though.
The "hotel food" was in the taverna 10 metres away and it was fantastic! There's loads of tavernas pubs and a club in Tsilivi, all within a few minutes walk, 5-15 mins.
The beach is at the edge of the premises, basically 40 metres away.
The main pool is big and with a nice bridge, also with a jacuzzi (a weak one but even so...) and a baby pool which looks quite safe. There's a second pool, more for swimmers I suppose because it's quite deep.
We stayed in the older part of the hotel and we were lucky to get a sea view which was GORGEOUS!
Maids come in 5 times a week and they change towels and bedding 3 times a week but if you leave towels on the floor they will change them no matter what day it is. The maids don't seem to speak English so you better off going to the reception if you need anything.
Everyone in the staff was very helpful, especially at the taverna but you have to understand that people who only work there as cleaners and stuff won't have an NVQ in customer services or anything like that, pretty much like staff in hotels here.
Entertainment in the complex is not much, just a karaoke once a week and maybe a show Saturday night, but there is plenty around the resort.
Tsilivi is a good place to go if you have kids or if you want a quiet but not boring holiday, very good for couples.
In our opinion the best taverna is Zeus (as you get to the main road turn right and it's about 5 mins walk opposite a motorbike hire place) and the bar we went to most of the times was called Planet (as you get to the main road turn left about 10 mins walk before you get to Popeye's), the guys working there are a good laugh.
All in all great holiday in a great place! Oh and something important. We had A/C in our room which we could turn on and off as and when we wanted, no extra cost

This hotel was very clean and well presented.Breakfast is continental so don't expect too much, however there is a restaurant located around the pool area that serves most things you would need.
Staff are very friendly and courteous but do not bother you unless you need them.
Maid service cleans rooms every day and the rooms are basic but spotless although it did have a fridge, the TV was all Greek, NO SKY but who needs TV on holiday.
The beach is as close as you can get without getting wet and the local bars in the main street are excellent, especially OzzysBar, try the Kareoke it's a scream, get Beano to do the Teletubbies you'll die laughing.
If you need a preview look up Ozzysbar.com.
Food is available everywhere and reasonably priced, try Nemesis and the Tsilivi Taverna at the top of the lane.
This is a hotel we will definately return to.
