I went with my wife, mother and step father, the first thing we noticed was how friendly the staff are. My wife became dehydrated one of the days their PR lady could not do enough for us and did show genuine concern. She went out of her way to help for all the time we were there, always greeting us with a beaming smile from ear to ear. She was lovely, a breath of fresh air, which unfortunately is very rare these days.
The entertainment was on every night the piano/keyboard player had those magic fingers that makes the instrument burst into life whatever he plays.
Food was good and varied each night, the only grumble my mother had was no ice cream!
Apartment: we were on a high floor, they all face the sea. Always spotless and regularly cleaned with a smiling maid. My mother and step father were on the bottom floor and they did here a bit of noise because of the small promanade in front of the hotel but it was not excessive.
All in all one of the most friendliest and cleanest hotels we have been in. Definately recommended
