Very clean all over, it looks to have had a makeover eg a good lick of paint even down to the outside walls.
Staff very nice and efficient.
Food good especially the 'show cooking' lovely steaks fish etc as you wait.
Hotel almost on the beach.

The food was stone cold, yes there are two microwaves in the dining hall but can you imagine what a queue would form if every meal was heated up.
I asked a waitress who was bringing out fresh broccoli to put it directly on my plate which she did only to find that it was also stone cold, the staff were actually bringing cold food out of the kitchen.
In all fairness after about four days a resort manageress did call at the hotel and obviously read the reports (the hotel was constantly criticized by its guests) and did have the temperatures of the food checked and lids were placed over the food. This did help a little bit but warm plates would have helped a lot more. The desserts was the same each day sliced cake, mousse, fruit and tubs of ice cream all of which had no taste including the fruit.
This hotel is one of three sister hotels all next to each other, the Sirenis Imperial and the Sirenis Dorada and although different board basis we were led to beleive they are all served the same food.
The hotel was generally clean (though by no means spotless) but needs total refurbishment especially the beds which are the cheapest you can imagine with well worn mattresses.
Hotel staff all very pleasant, entertainment not bad had two very good acts during our week stay. Location very good lovely beach very quiet resort, good bus service to Ibiza town and Santa Eulalia.
We got this hotel at very good price so we cannot complain too much but a lot of other people did pay double so be aware.

The majority of the staff were very friendly including the entertainers, a big hello to Pedro who worked harder than all of the other waiter/waitresses.
Daytime entertainment was ok but should have been as advertised but changed at last minute on a regular basis. Children are very unruly here and have run of the place although it states it will not be tolerated.
Should be more options in the food area as one of our party was a vegetarian and ended up missing meals due to lack of options for veggies.
We would return but only a week would do at a time as any longer and you would need another holiday straight after.

The hotel even has a laudry room with free use of washers and driers and they actually give you free washing powder.
The only minor complaint we had was having to suffer watching the parrot show twice during our stay and having a slight disagreement with the man because he thought we should not watch his show if we were not prepared to have our pictures taken, we did the first week but were not prepared to the second time. Just be warned if he plonks those birds on your knee he expects 10 euros straight away.

I found the atmosphere quite good and ther teenagers seem to liven the place up a bit.
The staff have always been kind and sincere, and reception have always been helpful.
There is a lot to do in this hotel especially for little kids. There are also a lot of activities even for adults varying from darts to football and so on. I think that unfair comments have been made about this hotel.

Maid service daily rooms clean only one fault beds uncomfortable.
Food excellent! British orientated throughout.
Excellent (Quiet) location beach 15 meters away No Timeshare Touts, Staff very friendly, pleasant helpful at all times and are clearly understood.
Entertainment excellent from morning till night(kids of all ages will have a ball) Not a resort for the young at heart looking for sun, sea & sangria all night.
Would most definitely return.

If you like children this is the place for you. They play football until past 11.00pm and have run of the place. The hotel layout is a complete mismatch.
The third floor restaurant does not have any washroom facilities close by at all. The nearest are on the main ground floor. The food is served in the usual Spanish buffet style, and varies from cold to luke warm. A food poison dream.
There is a pigeon infestation around the outside of the restaurant and kitchen. Roosting boxes can be seen from the restaurant.
The plate clearing stff can be seen wiping there hands on large, grubby table cloths, which look as if they have been hung there weeks. Poor hygiene practice. The ground floor entertainment room with bar, and snack bar is like a gresy Joe's.
Drinks are served in plastic at all times, including coffee and tea. The entertainment is mediocre. On the fourth floor there is a lounge bar without any toilet or washing facilities at all! It beggars belief!
The hotel rooms have air conditioning which is only turned on at management discretion. Thre are no TV's in any of the rooms. A disspointing hotel despite the "all inclusive" status.
If you survive a week here without the Spanish runs, you should be awarded a second week free.

No TV in our room also no telephone, what do you do in an emergency?
Don't go to this hotel if you don't want to be among lots of unruly children.

A friendly hotel which is part of the Sirenis group, it is looking a little tired in terms of fixtures and fittings, all of the public areas need refurbishing. Downstairs there is only one main entertainment room which is crammed full of plastic furniture and where all of the bar snacks and drinks are served.
No wristbands here, you are issued a card and it has to be scanned everytime you order anything from a bar.
When we were there the hotel seemed full to capacity and one of the biggest drawbacks is that it is enclosed in a very confined space, there is the pool (which is immacculatley maintained ) and the space around it will just about allow a line of sunbeds to be placed there. There are other areas but these are also restrictive, some of the other facillities I think could be re utilised better and allow more room for sunbathing within the grounds. On the occassions when we did try to get a lounger several were in poor condition.
The hotel is in a great position right on the beach and there are sunbeds available for hire at 3.5 euros per bed per day so its no problem.
Food was great comparable with every other quality place we have stayed in, if you complain about lack of choice or variety then I would really love to know what you eat at home because you could make hundreds of meal combinations every day, sadly whilst at the counter I still overheard people saying things like "thank god for the burger bar" words failed me !!
Occassionaly somethings could have been a little hotter but there are two microwaves available for people who like their food piping hot.
The staff were exceptional, they really are helpful and eager to please, just ask and its there. rooms are serviced six times a week (except tuesdays) and are spotlessley clean. the furniture and beds have now seen better days but they are still servicable.
Entertainment was of a good standard, the entertainment team works long hours and does an excellent job, the visiting acts and shows were all entertaining but were mainly singers with backing tapes. Seating is a problem, if you dont stake your place before the mini disco you wont get a table when the cabaret started at 9.30 pm. fine for families with small children ut for us who have been there and done that then it was tough luck.
The drinks were strong and there was a good selection, absolutley no short measures or corners cut there. ques were kept to a minimum.
On the fourth floor there is a more 'adult' lounge which was very nice, in the evening there is a small bar with a limited selection of drinks and a softer atmosphere is created, in this area are settees and armchairs together with card tables.
The T.V. room which has theatre style seating is awful and should be avoided, it was mainly used by adolescent youths who seemed to feel at home watching tv hanging upside down from ripped seats.
Although this review sounds harsh I have given good marks because I believe it does exactly what it says on the tin. it is a value for money budget hotel offering an all inclusive service I would go back its well worth it and deserves a try. also you dont HAVE to stay there all day and night its close to everywhere by taxi, water taxi or public transport.
