We had never gone AI before, so were slightly apprehensive. We arrived at the hotel at 11.30pm, and found the reception full of teenagers yelling and running about; not a good first impression. However, when we got to our room, it was spotless and the fan was more than adequate.
The food was great, breakfasts had everything you could want, and my daughter loved the fact she could get donuts. The lunches and dinners were similar, but of good quality and again, there was something for everyone. The carvery meats in particular were superb. Even the bar snacks were tasty, except for the chips, which where always cold!
The staff were fantastic. From the manager to the cleaner, everyone was friendly. The resturaunt staff were efficent and there were always clean tables. The bar staff were entertainment in themselves, especially Chris and Antonio, but despite their antics, there were seldom queues, and they were always cleaning the area. The entertainment staff, Neil and Livia were fantastic, and even got my daughter involved in actvities. And who can forget the dances!
The only problem was caused by other holiday makers, in that there were all sorts of problems with young teenagers around the pool during the day. At one time the lifeguard had to break up a fight, and it turned out one set of parents were only 2 feet away! The other main issue was with the lifts; some kids thought it was fun to press all the buttons- at one stage one lift was out of action because it jammed beacause of blown fuse.

Absolutely a fantastic hotel. It was spotless at all times and rooms where cleaned on a daily basis.
The food was great and had plenty of choice every night and the snacks of a day where great too.
The location was great as you were just a two minute walk away from a lovely sandy beach and near by shops.
The hotel staff where brilliant and so friendly and even the bar staff joined in the night time entrainment with there very own dance.
The entrainment of a day and night was fab and enjoyable to take part in or to simply just watch.
We enjoyed this holiday so much that we are going back in just five weeks time for a weeks break.
So see you all soon!

The hotel was lovely. The rooms were very cleans with maids coming in evry day bar tuesday, making the beds and changing the towels etc :)
The dining room had a good variety of food every day which was delicious. theere were also snacks available downstairs from 11am - 10pm including cheeese and ham toesties, chips and burgers etc.
The hotel was located in a brilliant place as it ws close to both the Beavh, shops and other bars.
The hotel staff were lovely the waiters in the dining room were very friendly and polite. The bar staff downstairs always seemed happy and happy to help and were always making me laugh. The entertainment staff Olvia and Neil (Peter/Pedro) were cool too they get everybody included in the acticities and up and dancing.
The entertainment was great ranging from pool activities in the day and shows at night including a drag show which was hilarious.
I had a fabulous time and only wish I could have stayed longer.

we stayed here 4 weeks previous to this week and loved every second we were there the food was of very good standard and the hotel and rooms were all kept spotless all of the time,the location was brilliant overlooking the bay,with just a 2 minute stroll to the very clean beach were sunbeds and pedloes were.the staff at the hotel really went out of there way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible thet even had there own dance in the downstairs bar which really went down with everyone,neil and olivia kept you entertained through the day and night making you feel very welcome last time we were at this hotel my 15yr old daughter was with us but this time we were on our own but did'nt feel awkward because we had no kids with us ,we would definetly go back to this hotel again and recommend this to anyone any age

Second visit to hotel. Same staff always polite with quick and efficient service.
Good selection of food though wouldn't recommend chips for breakfast the hotel is in need of modernisation as it was built in the 7o's and does not have air conditioning.
The bar on the fourth floor has superb panoramic views and is ideal as an alternative from the lively evening entertainment.

Myself, my husband and my 15 year old daughter were very much impressed by the excellent standard of the hotel. It was very clean and spacious and was cleaned every day except tuesday but to be honest it didn't need it because of the standard of the maids.
The very awkward eater would never go hungry there the food was excellent, the best we have tasted and seen in any hotel ever. The hotel we thought had the best location overlooking the beach at Cala Llonga and was just a couple of minutes away literally.
The staff really went out of there way to make you feel very welcome indeed, Neil and Olivia not including the bar staff doing there dance were brilliant at there job. You could tell they themselves enjoyed it and made everyone have a really good time, even my daughter loved it and cried when we had to come home.
We really had a brilliant holiday there and would strongly recommend this to anyone. We will definately be returning there.

my husbandand i booked this hotel in 2003 for our honeymoon. when we got there the hotel and staff were great. you couldnt fault it in any way. how many hotels do you know where the bar staff do all the dances and one of there own. when we got home we talked about it that much we booked up to go back and took our kids and 6 family members. the kids all had a great time plenty to do day and night. we are booked up to go next may for two weeks we can not wait. there is 10 of us going again.

The hotel was spotless as were our rooms. The furniture, fixtures and fittings in the bedrooms and the hotel in general were very dated and could do with upgrading. But as far as we were concerned cleanliness is more important.
The room we had was comfortable and generous in size and overlooked the tennis court.

The hotel and bedrooms were spotless,but a bit dated.
The food was good I think even the fussiest of eaters would not go hungry.
The hotel was right on the beach and in the center of the resort.
The staff worked very hard and were very pleasant and helpful.
The entertainment was ok.
This hotel was a family hotel so don't expect it to be quiet.
We had a great holiday and will be going back.
