The food was excellent - too much of it!
The pool was lovely, very clean, well maintained, with a life guard, and plenty of sun loungers.
The rooms were clean and basic. If you have children, ask for a room facing away from the pool when you book, as those rooms soak up the sun all day and stay hot all night, also, entertainment is held poolside until midnight.
We did find the entertainment in the evening a little bit basic and lacking in imagination - lots of alchohol needed to 'gee' it up a bit. The entertainment for the teenagers and children during the day was fantastic and couldn't be faulted, always something going on, the kids club was well staffed, and the staff were always friendly, good fun and efficient. We had no worries about leaving our 'little cherubs' in their capable hands.
Almost all of the guests we spoke to were second or third time visitors, and we will definitely be joining the club.
All in all we had a lovely time and can't wait for our second visit.

The bedrooms in the hotel are clean and comfortable as are other places in the hotel, the staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful.
The only disappointment in the hotel is the food I went on an all inclusive holiday and ended up hardly eating as the food was awful, entertainment is the hotel is fantastic there is some thing to do for all ages all through the day and night.
The location of the hotel couldn't be better the are loads of lively pubs and clubs for young adults. There is a beautiful beach about 5 minutes walk and it is not far from the shops and the hippy market.

The rooms are quite basic but they are clean and adequate. All the staff are dedicated and obviously enjoy working at the hotel which adds to the overall enjoyment for the customer.
The entertainment is a fabulous mixture and there is something to suite everyones taste whatever their age. Can't find fault at all. Fabulous

all-inclusive basis... although we didn't really eat there as i'm quite fussy and the food there is really basic.. which is to be expected 4 a 2* hotel.
The cleaning staff were fab and was always milling about the hotel keeping it clean.
I found the reception staff quite rude and unhelpful it might be something to do with the language barrier but there was an English lady there and she was lovely and really helpful... bar staff were ok. They did there job and that was it.
The hotel entertainment was ok.. there was a list of activitys for day and night and during the day half the things wernt on. It seemed the hotel entertainment worked only when they wanted to... the reps were fantastic though Lindsey and Maxine were so helpful.
We had a problem with the drainage in our room and we reported it to them and the problem was fixed really quickly.. we went on the ibiza sunset tour with the reps and had such a laugh, they really made our holiday with the personal touches.
I wouldn't go to this hotel again, but ive heard it is going to be made into a 4/5* hotel so maybe i'll try it out then.

In our family group we had 3 children aged 15, 6 and 5 and there was a constant programme of activities provided by Graham, who organised for the adults and Mandy, who organised for the children. Both Mandy and Graham were employed by the hotel and were not reps. Graham works really hard in encouraging everyone to join in the activities - which included killer pool, killer darts, rifle shooting, aqua ball, aqua basket during the day and a programme of entertainment during the evening including bingo and quizes and a variety of shows.
The hotel is rated at 2 stars but should be 3 stars. The main pool is quite deep in all parts and has a full time life guard. You are not allowed lilo's in the pool and the life guard is strict on enforcing safety to the point where it did infringe on the childrens enjoyment a little. However, they could play on inflatables in the childrens pool which is only 6 - 10 inches deep. There is also a jacuzzi which children need to be accompanied by an adult to go in - but it was very nice. There is also a park for the children to play in. The sunbeds around the pool got taken very quickly and towels are not allowed to be placed on sunbeds for them to be saved - although people did do this, the pool area opens at 8am and it was like the 'Grand National' to get your sunbeds. On one occassion I went upstairs for half an hour to dress one of my sons and when I came down the First Choice Rep had removed my towels which I was very annoyed about.
Although there was a rep available at the hotel for the majority of the time they weren't really very involved with the guests as the majority of the children did activities with Mandy and not the Kids Club - our children did go once and were charged 5Euros to watch the video James and the Giant Peach and have a slice of pizza. Both Graham and Mandy deserve medals (Sirenis ones of course)for how hard they work and the brilliant atmosphere they create at the hotel.
All the reception staff were very helpful and happy to deal with enquiries. The bar staff were great most of the time - we did get told off by one for taking a biscuit out of a box of biscuits on the bar even though we were all inclusive. Biscuit time is 5pm and the queue for the bar can get long, also during our 2nd week the queue for the bar and snack bar was noticibly longer - but it did go down quickly. The lady who works on the snack bar during the day could do with a bit of a personality change and the phase "If you dont like the job, dont do it" comes to mind.
We were all inclusive and the restaurant opened at 8am for breakfast, 1pm for lunch and 7pm for dinner. The food was ok, not a lot of variety for kids but they could always get a burger or hot dog at the snack bar if they didnt fancy anything on the menu. There was only one evening when we didnt really enjoy the food. This is a two star hotel and the expectation shouldnt be for an a la carte menu because you are not going to get it. We realised this before we went and were not disappointed with the food but we did hear lots of people complaining - what exactly did they expect????
Overall, we had a brilliant time at the Atlantic. All the men should be ready to enter the Mr Atlantic competition on a Saturday night (hint - you have to dress as Britney, Spice Girls, Kylie)but it is really good fun. There were six of us in our family party ages 71, 43, 34, 15, 6 and 5 and I didnt think it was possible for us to find something to suit us all - but the Atlantic did.
Many thanks to Graham and Mandy for a memorable brilliant holiday.

The shops are very close to hotel and the beach is a short walk away. The beach is very nice, but on one day we had a visit from a family of jelly fish!!!
All inclusive was brilliant (first time we tried it) - my husband really enjoyed having free beer all day and night. The free ice-creams and pop for the kids was brilliant!! No worry of running out of money.
The programmed entertainment at night was really good.
Definately should be upgraded to at least 3!!!
