This hotel is ace! The staff are very very friendly and the food is excellent.

Every corner of the hotel is clean and the entertainment is great.

Special mentions and thanks go out to the Gold hosts Heather & Georgia for their extra special efforts during our stay.

This holiday was very enjoyable and the whole fortnight was excellent.

Everything from the food to the entertainment to the cleanliness was fantastic. The daily and evening entertainment was always of the best standard and the entire Gold team in the hotel ensured this. Thanks for the great service guys.

We will visit this hotel again in the future for sure.

First time at a Thomson Gold hotel. August 2005.Hotel
Panarama Es cana Ibiza.

Food very good most of the time,lots of choice.
Problem not the food but the ignorant greedy and rude people who used the restaurant,rushing in as if their life depended on how much they could eat as quickly as possible.

Hotel very clean,, would advise upgrade to superior room. Hotel in a nice location with several nice bars and restaurants.

Nice beach with plenty of space. A good job because we never had any chance of a bed around the pool. Towels were on the beds from 5.30am.

Major problem that needs sorting. All the staff fantastic and helpful. Entertainment good at best ok at worst.

I visited this hotel in July 2004. I have never returned to the same hotel twice before and now I know why. What a difference a year makes.

We stayed for two weeks. We did not eat in the resturant after the first week. The food is served buffet style.

The guests were so rude when fetching food. Pushing past people carrying plates. Anyone would think that with the urgency that they rushed into the restaurant that they hadn't been fed.(This is an adult only hotel). If children had have behaved in this manner there would have been complaints. The main culprits were the older generation.

The pool area was another cause for complaint. Unless you wanted to get up at about 7am there was not a chance of getting a sunbed that wasn't in shade for most of the day.

We noted that the day that the hippy market was on, towels had been put onto a lot of the beds and people didn't turn up to until around 3pm. There was also notices up that beds were not to be saved but no one paid any attention.

The hotel staff could have sorted this out by just removing towels for a few days and people would have stopped saving beds.

The entertainment was not very good we did try it for a few nights, thinking it couldn't all be bad. How wrong we were.

Good points the thomson entertainment team worked very hard and the atmosphere around the pool when the staff played games against the holiday makers was very good.

You cannot fault the location of the hotel. In the centre of Es Cana which happens to be a great resort.

This was our sixth stay at Panorama Marina, and as always had wondeful Holiday

Hotel is spotless clean the most friendliest staff you could wish to meet.From cleaners to Managers who took active part in the smooth running of Hotel

The only thing we would advise is to ask for Pool view room, that way you are sure of good views,

Meals are varied and flexible times so no rushing.

We have recommended Hotel to several friends who are as pleased as we are. A really Good Team

This is our 2nd stay at this hotel, and standards were still as excellent as ever.

The sea view rooms were clean, airy with plenty of room. Tea & Coffee making facilities this time which we didn't have last year. Can't understand the complaints about the noise, we were on the 3rd floor, middle of the hotel at the front, and when the patio doors were closed, we heard no noise at all!

Charlie's Bar is still as cool as ever.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly, always say hello, and nothing is too much trouble.

Thomson reps are very nice, didn't really see much of them though.

Can't comment on the Entertainment as we always went out, but other guests said it was good.

A La Carte meal was excellent, and the waiter's were great fun! Main restaurant is still buffet style which it has been for the last 9 years at least, so can't understand the complaints about this either as it's never been any different. Only problem is the rudeness of other guests pushing and shoving to get their food, but you would experience this anywhere.

Location is fantastic as ever, fall out the door and there are restaurants and bars galore at your finger tips, with some of the same staff as last year which was great fun.

This really is an all round fantastic holiday. The hotel is of a very high standard with great staff, always clean and tidy, with a great variety of foods to choose from in the restaurant.

I would recommend this hotel to anybody, so no complaints from us!

Only problem, Thomson Excursions. Stay well clear of the 'Ibiza Uncorked' trip, it's a complete rip off and not worth the 47EUR charged per person, take my word for it!

Apart from that, fantastic, fantastic, fantastic. We have booked to go next year and this will be our 3rd year running.

This was our 4th time at this hotel.

Once again staff brilliant,hotel clean,food excellent.

Entertainment not as good this year as in the past.

As for the location it couldnt be better,beach just across the road,plenty of bars around.

I thought the best aspect of the Panarama was their staff, always friendly especially in the restaurant.

The food itself was average for Spain, nothing special and not always much of a choice.

We, unfortunately were allocated a room on the side of the main entrance overlooking the apartments next doors rubbish bins, that in itself was bad enough but the were emptied each morning at around 6am making one hell of a racket.

The Thomson entertainment team Heather/Georgis were excellent, not always too great on stage but they tried very hard and made people laugh. The Thomson Team Leader is a guy called Benny, 25 st and a waste of space, he lets the others do the work and he props up the bar.

The sunbathing area is packed very tightly with sunbeds, enough for all but so close to be unconvertable and the very underused pool wasn't cleaned as regularly as I'd expected of a Thomson Gold hotel.

If one thing was to put me off returning it would be the sunbathing area. It was our first time with Thomson Gold and perhaps we expected too much but overall we were slightly disappointed.

We visited this hotel again for the second time, it just gets better each time.

The Staff throughout the hotel are excellent, give fantastic service and very friendly.

The Thomson Gold team will do all they can to help you in anyway.

The food is fantastic - the only complaint is my husband had a job to do his trousers up!!!!, a good variety to suit everybody.

The Pool area is lovely and plenty of sunbeds.

We would definitely recommend this hotel and could never see anybody having a reason to complain, we will be returning again.

Stayed in the Marina Panarama in May 2005. We have stayed in several Gold and Platinum hotels now and the Marina is yet another one we would visit again.

The staff are very helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were very clean the only downside was creaky metal beds.

The food was very good especially on Tuesdays (managers cocktail night)The entertainment team worked very hard day and night,( join in it's great fun!)The pool area had plenty of sunbeds but people did tend to put towels on them and not return until late afternoon.

Clean pool towels supplied and changed as often as you want. Close to beach but found it too busy and noisy.Loved the waiters La Bomba every evening.
