The shopping was great, so many shops so little time. All with staff that are ready to help you when asked. The streets are clean with very little litter. The whole place comes alive at about 8.30 with something for everyone to do. Great theme pubs, irish, cowboy, english, football and live entertainment. At 12.00 all the pubs close their doors so if you have young families they can get some sleep if not you can still party on. The bus service was very good so you could get to any other town easily and cheaply. Lots of water sports available during the day. No need to go out of es cana we didnt. The hippy market is second to none great bargins to be had if you look. Cant wait to come back this year with more friends counting the days.

es cana is a nice resort..not to big but just enough..i think its best suited to couples with young children.there is a fun fair and plenty of bars specially for young children.transport is easy to get so go and visit resorts close by..santa eulalia is worth a trip.unfortunately while we were there the beach had an invasion of jellyfish so kept hearing screams from people who had been stung.. plenty of watersports and generally a good choice.

The waters edge is very littered. No attempt appears to be made to regularly clean it. Hence the tide line was littered with discarded holiday debris and seaweed.
The resort is standard pakage holiday fare. Pleanty of eating and drinking establishments. Very much geared to the British holiday maker. (Not too expensive either)
The beach could be great. Good and sandy but needs to be cleaned regularly. Loads of sun beds to hire, peddlos, banana rides, etc...
A good, pretty resort in need of some TLC.

The beach was nice and clean and the night life was mint. There are three good bar:- Toff Toff, Charlies and Grannys for the younger people like me. plently of bar for every one.

2 years ago I remembered Es Cana for its cleanliness, beautiful bars/restaurants and relaxed atmosphere. It had a lovely combination of being something for everyone. Unfortunately, lots of teenagers seem to have been attracted to the resort by the Karaoke bars and Charlie's Bar (disco which is open until the early hours). We saw 3 or 4 fights/scuffles whilst there and was extremely disappointed as we had been so impressed on our last visit. We had a lovely time and there was plenty to do for the children but the resort is fast becoming 'Blackpool with the sun'.

The town and entertainment was close enough to walk to, but far away enough that we didn't get bothered by it.
There was something there for everyone. The small children enjoyed the beach and the small fun fair, our teenager enjoyed the henna tatoo, hair weaving, and water sports.
And I enjoyed the hippie market, and the strolls around the beach and cliffs.
I never felt threatened, although, I never went out at night alone, and I was always quite careful for pickpockets and bag snatchers - we had been warned about them.
It is very picturesque, and lots to do.

A very small resort but quite bustling probably the busiest resort on the beautiful east coast. Some great coastal walks. One walk was even provided free of charge by one of the Thomson reps.
An all over fantastic holiday, met all our needs.

Resort ok very small with a childrens fairground and rides for the nippers, it has quite a few bars most with entertainment on Charlies, Popeyes and there also an Irish bar to name but a few. Overall plenty to keep you occupied for a week or more
Must admit didn't see any looky looky men about this time.
There is a taxi rank in middle of town with taxis standing there, try to get a taxi without phoning for one as it's extra don't know how much as didn't use any.
