Booked holiday off TELETEXT. We got there at 1AM and were told only 1 room was booked to all 4 adults,lucky we had our confirmation papers with us to prove otherwise.We were found 2 rooms .We found this was done to other people at Hotel too.If you are inclusive you are only served PLASTIC drinks glasses even in lounge at night ,not very appealing with a gin/tonic. Entertainment HA HA .Food was in our opinion and every one we spoke to and heard ,of very poor quality and presentation to say the least .NEVER a full breakfast on offer any day and food stone cold ,even beans /fried eggs We complained to Manager but to no avail He said the price given to him by tour operaters was so little it was best he could do.
