Location
It has been refurbished to a very high standard with carpets and plasma screens in bedrooms, the food is excellent and the hotel staff very friendly.
The entertainment is lacking a bit but this did not bother us. It deserves a 4 stat rating which I think is in the process of being upgraded from the 3 star rating.

Hotel, bedrooms, pool and restaurant always spotless.
Excellent bar prices.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Great central location.
Although entertainment wasn't to our liking, I wouldn't let it put us off this hotel.
Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Santa Eulalia.

A couples\friends hotel.Definately full of the more mature holiday makers.Clean.Nice staff. Food pretty good although I found it a bit `rushed` at times (getting seated)Went out every night, so unable to comment on entertainment. Did`t use the pool but it looked ok.
We are going back in 2008.

We had a lovely clean room with carpeted floor. The whole hotel was bright and clean and welcoming.
Our room was quite and spacious with air con no trafic noise.
We found the staff very helpful and friendly.
Mixed ages but tended to be mostly over 40s'. There are so many fabulouse walks, resturants and shops all so close by.
The pool was lovely and clean.

The room, although looking over the street, was very quiet with two double glazed doors. The hotel is cleaned by an army of girls and a supervisor that takes no prisoners. The rooms are carpeted so the annoying noise from above in most hotels does not exist.
The food was good and displayed well. You shouldn't have to repeat a meal in a holiday.
Santa Eulalia is probably the best resort for all ages.
The location of the hotel is at the marina end of the town. A small ferry goes to Es cana or Cala Llonga daily.
Entertainment was aimed at an older audience but the resort's strolls wouldn't have kept us in anyway.
The pool side is in shade at different parts of the day but we had plenty of choice to move and find another place. La Cala is well worth a visit

Hotel very clean and comfortable.
The food was excellent, plentiful and varied.
Staff were always polite and tried to help.
Rooms very clean and functional, bathroom large with plenty of hot water.
The entertainment didn't do much for us. We generally went out at night to stroll along the front and sample the entertainment in the other hotels - outside and generally good.
The clientele was very varied, young and old with a mixture of French, German and British when we stayed in July.

We arrived in Ibiza wondering what we would find in this hotel. Drunks (no)loud people (no) noise (no), just a relaxed atmosphere a real chill out location and lovely very friendly staff.
The romms are very very spacious and really clean. The food (we stayed half board)was of a very high standard always fresh and plentiful with self service eat as much as you can manage.
The pool is not too big nor too deep so if you just want to cool off then this is fine. There are plenty of sunbeds and you do not need to put your towel out early, parasols are plentiful too.
You can order your drinks fron the poolside and they will be brought to you or can go inside to the bar and get them yourself.
We have stayed at many four and five star hotels but I must say that this 3 star hotel merits a five star on cleanliness, service, food, and room size.
Every friday there is a gala dinner not to be missed, there are king prawns, mussels in garlic, grilled steaks, sliced hot pork, salads and much more (rememder eat as much as you like).
The only downside is the entertainment but I don,t blame the hotel as it was only 25% full and I would imagine that it would be expensive for this hotel to to arrange entertainment for maybe just 80 people but this hotel may not be suitable for children as there is no childrens club.
I would conclude that if you are young lovers looking to enjoy cleanliness, good food, and a romantic holiday then stay at this hotel, or if you are 50 something and don't want the noise and want early nights then this will also suit you.remember this is truly a chill out hotel. enjoy.
We did note, that this area of Ibiza does not attract the drink culture and its such a shame that many people are put off by the reputation that some parts of Ibiza have.
Come and enjoy you will be pleasantly suprised.

I have never before stayed in such a clean hotel in any part of the world. We appreciate the hotel has just reopened after an extensive refurbishment, and to the staffs credit, it was clean and very well run. The staff were courteous and attentitive, although not hovering all the time.
If there was one complaint, the evening entertainment was not too good, generally a pianist or a singer. People who expect a full programme of entertainment would be disappointed.
As of 2005, Thompson will not be using the hotel, to their loss I feel.

The food was okay, it was hot and always a choice but we did eat out a couple of times. The location of the hotel is very good perfectly placed for the beach, shopping and nightlife, not too far to walk to any of these. The hotel staff were very polite and obliging and couldn't do enough for you.
The entertainment was geared up towards the older end of the market but we like to go for a walk and a drink on an evening so we weren't too bothered. This is definitely a hotel for adults as there are no facilities for children (as the brochure points out.)
The majority of people who stay here seem to be 50 plus. All in all this is a clean, comfortable 3 star hotel that is value for money.
