We had room 625 on the top floor overlooking the pool. It was perfectly adequate and not much road noise. A bit small but ok for 2 people as you don't spent much time in it apart from sleeping. Lovely modern walk in shower.

We stayed right in the middle of Alcudia. The beach was absolutely spotless. The water was clear there was no rubbish left on the beach which was nice.

There's so many bars and restaurants it's hard to choose. We loved the The Cheers Bar for the kids where they do nightly entetainment for the them, and the best restaurant we found was the Britannia Bar recommended by the reps the food was superb.

If you like it quieter we stayed in the hotel where the entertainment and shows were great and they kept you going until 12'o'clock.

There's so much to do in this resort it's hard to fit it all in!!!!!

Just got back yesterday from a week at the hotel Saturno. Well there are mixed reviews about but to be honest if you like the atmosphere of Butlins and you have kids then this is the palce to go. It is literally a Butlins camp in Majorca. Not my cup of tea, but it is very clean, polite and the weather was fantastic, after all thats what we go aborad for aint it !!

The kids if they are outgoing will love the kids clubs, but if you want a quiet holiday then DONT go here.

Entertainment was good value and overall I would give it a 7/10 which in my books is good. Its very English, so if your venturing abroad for the first time then this is a good place to start

Hotel itself is in the Playa del Muro area of Alcudia which is about 3k away from the centre. Shops and bars are all nearby. Many British bars if you like that kind of thing. Reccommend Oasis restaurant, opposite hotel, Las Delicias about 10 min walk away towards Alcudia itself, always busy and food was great.

Beach is lovely, soft white sand shelving gently into the sea. You had to get pretty far out to even get waist height so ideal for kids. Buses are frequent into Alcudia and the other way into Can Picafort, however they are incredibly busy and bus drivers can be a bit grumpy! To sum up, although not a particularly pretty resort, it had everything that a self-caterer would need close by, with plenty to keep the kids occupied. Best holiday we have had and we are booking again for next year!

This is the first time that we have visited Majorca/Alcudia.

Alcudia is very clean and is built around lots of canals.

There are quite a few bars but they are spread out over a large area.

Alcudia is a family resort up untill about 12am then you see lots of single people around. The only bad thing here is that the bars all tend to offer you the same thing and they are all so spread out.

We would visit Alcudia again but proberbly a bit later in the year when there would be more familys there.

This is the best resort we have been to on Majorca there was loads to do for everybody. The beach was the best we have had you could walk for miles and when tired just jump on the sea bus for a couple of euros and get back to your resort base.

Food and drink was a plenty chinese for about 30euros for the 3 of us including drinks there is about 7 of these to choose from. we had the best pizza at the roma at about 26 euros for the 3 of useverything was on the strip loads of bars and shops down by the canal was the best for a drink and something to snack on.

We used to go to a little pub at night called the crown it was good cheap drink at 1.75euros for a pint water park was ok but a bit to expencive at 15 euros for adults and 8euros for children and that was just to get in subeds, golf, was extra and food was rubbish must say we would defnetly go back again to the resort it catered for all you wanted.

The resort was very clean, and the beach standard was excellent. There was plenty of shops bars and restaurants for miles so there was always something to do although I found it a little expensive.

There were plenty of bars and clubs with evening entertainment but we found that it was almost the same everywhere you went, the live bands travelled round the resort so they were in most of the bars on different nights, or you had karaoke!

Although the resort was very nice, I wouldn't rave about it and wouldn't be in a hurry to re visit.

Hotel we stayed in was just a short beach walk away from alcudia town centre which offered everything with superb cafes restaurants and plenty of night life.

If you cant face the walk there are two buses that run every 15 minutes at a cost of 1 euro for 2 people. The pictures are correct when they show mile after mile of white sandy beaches with plenty of beach bars along the way.

The beach was just a 2 minute walk from the hotel through a short spinney. Cant believe how spotless the streets and beaches were.

Alcudia itself is the most family resort I have ever visited.

Playgrounds, restaurants, bars, kart-racing. Visit the old town of Alcudia, 5 euro in taxi.

Sunday morning market is great fun. Restaurants in the port area of Alcudia are much nicer.

Viva Blue is actually in Playa De Muro which is about 10 mins in taxi to Alcudia. We only went to Alcudia on one day because it was cloudy and was not that impressed, to commercialsed for us although the marina is well worth a look.

Playa De Muro
Clean in most areas but some parts needed some attention.

Restaurants and bars - Plenty to choose from but only really for families/couples etc, didn' sopt one night club. Great Indian just outsdie the Viva Blue, also good british bar called Martins for the footy etc with good food.

Beach - excellent plenty of room, sea very shallow great for the kids could go out at least 50 mtrs and still only up to my knees.

Will definately go back again at some stage in the future.

There are plenty of bars and restaurants to visit and lots for children to do.

It's not as lively as I thought it would be, but perhaps I wasn't in the right place!

The beach is beautiful. It's clean and there are plenty of sunbeds to hire for the day.
