Calas de Mallorca is a clean resort but the pavement are ready for repair as there are one or two potholes making it unsafe to walk on especially if you are unsteady on your feet.
The entertainment was good but the prices of drinks at one of the large bars was expensive, I suppose they have to get the money for the acts from somewhere.
The two small beaches were sandy and clean but in Augut were very busy.

Whilst Calas Antena beach was allegedly 300m away the nature of the steep pathway and steps leading down to the beach made it unsuitable for a pram and again the steepness of the descent down to Calas Domingos beach made it also unsuitable to walk to.
The quantity of shutdown bars/restaurants led me to believe we were in low season, the bar immediately adjacent to the hotel was closed down and this was repeated throughout the resort.
The lack of facilities open outside the hotel made our stay there even more depressing

The resort of callas de mallorca seemed very clean and all of the bars and shops we went into seemed to be well kept. As we were all inclusive we did not use the resorts entertainment but we did use the internet cafe which was very reasonably priced with happy hour (or 3) between 12 and 3 when it was only 1,50 euros. The beach was quite smaller but stretched back a long was and there were wooden stationary parosol with each set of beds so that was good to have a break or snooze away from the sun. Overall i would definately go back to the callasde mallorca resort

Callas de Mallorca is a lovely town. Plenty of bars and restaurants, and lots of shops and stalls. Some of the bars have entertainment.
The beaches are very clean and the sea is fantastic. Some of the waves can be very choppy and small children cannot really be left to paddle alone as the waves are so strong.

As mentioned did not venture far into the resort, usually the supermarket daily and tried a couple of restaurants which were okay. Very clean resort, quiet and good for families.

The resort is great for everybody the shops are there the beach is on the doorstep of most of the hotels- the bars and night life is good- there are clubs and bars that stay open until 5 or 6 in the morning! There are English newspapers and magazines available in the supermarkets first thing on a morning! There are restaurants that are always willing to serve you! There is even a Burger King if you need one

Calas de Mallorca is a small resort probably best suited to families. Most of entertainement and activity is hotel based - although some of the bars do have music or karaoke.
There are 2 beaches - the smaller one would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems as is accessible by many steps.
One main shopping centre with supermarket and souvenir shops. Also has some amusement/theme park type rides. Shops close from 1pm to 5 pm but stay open late at night.

The beach is a lovely cove where the swimming is pleasant although I said before you have to be aware of Jelly Fish as there were several people I met got stung.
I visited Cala Millor while we were here, and would probably like to visit or stay there again sometime.

Calles de Mallorca is low key and there is little to do. There are a couple of small sandy coves for sunbathing during the day.
During the evening there were just a handful of people in most of the bars and many restaurants were closed. The most popular bar appeared to be Rock Cola probably due to the live entertainment each night. Drinks there are on a par with UK prices although there is sometimes a happy hour once the entertainment has finished. The second most popular venue seems to be Tiffany's as it there it is possible for TV addicts to keep updated on all soap operas and Big Brother. The Irish Bar next door caters best for football coverage.
Overall, the resort is ok but we hired a car and toured the rest of the island which is a definite must if you want to get the most from your visit.
