Location
Nice and clean (maids came daily) with fantastic staff, especialy max the night receptionist. This hotel is right on the beach,
Perfect location with the strip and bcm square only 30seconds walk from the hotel. You do have to pay

The Apartments are of a large size and all have stunning sea views.
This hotel couldn't be any closer to the beach - it's right on the front.
There is a huge pool and a smaller childrens pool with plenty of sunbeds although these are an additional charge of 2 euro.
The food in the restaurant is typical spanish half board buffet style though no where near as good as some other 3* hotels we have stayed in... the food was indeed edible but lacked choice.
We will return to this hotel again but this time on a self catering basis. One more thing.. be warned the hotel is close to BCM and a large square of bars and clubs. We booked through alpharooms.com which I always find to be the cheapest.... Enjoy.!!

Hotel was to a good standard, clean with helpful staff. Only down side was the groups of noisy teenagers making noise at early hours.had a sea view which was excellent.
Cleaning staff friendly, clean linen and towels daily.
Would use this hotel again

The food was very disappointing, the same thing every day, often it was cold. The dessert choice was good tho.
The staff during the day were polite but quite un helpful!! At night they were horrid. It was as if they did not speak any English and did not want you to bother them!!
We all had money stolen, there was no break in. It was obvious it was an inside job so be warned!!!! When we reported it to the reception they only laughed and told us it was not there problem. The manager was never there.
Entertainment was rubbish but we were so close to the bars and clubs thats not really an issue.
None of us would ever go again and I would discourage any one from going if you do take travellers checks. Do not think that because you have a safe they can't get it. You have been warned!!!!
Last of all as we were all inclusive they had arranged on thje last day that we could get breakfast before it opened before we left for our flight. We had a phone call from reception on our last night confirming this and seeing if we need a wake up call. The next morning there was no wake up call and they refused to let us in for any breakfast, so we ended up having to eat out!!
Overall the worst All Inclusive hotel I have ever been to.

The rooms were well equipped for self catering. The rooms and the hotel were very clean, the maid seem to come in every day to tidy up, make the beds etc.
The pool & pool area was lovely and clean.
For location the hotel was excellent. It was right on the beach so the views were fantastic. For walking to the bars, restaurants etc it was in an brill spot everything was very close by. It was a little noisy at night but I didnt expect anything less as it was full of Stag & Hen Parties.

First impressions of the hotel were good, self catering room however is very basic. Our room had only fridge, double ring hob and manky old kettle. I just bought a cheap toaster although I could have got one from reception, suited me as the one I bought allowed me to heat croissants etc.
Pillows were at the end of their days, however we were issued with more on request. If you speak to reception they do their upmost to make things as comfortable as possible.
Room was cleaned every day , clean linen and towels etc. Was a bit rundown as grout missing or coming away from tiles in bathroom.
Didn't see any mould, but carpet from reception up to first floor need replaced.
Swimming pools were freezing, used the beach every day as its two steps from the hotel and your on it. Only 3 euro to hire sunbed for the day, so not bad.
Kidsworld for daughter was fantastic and the staff were brilliant. They did have outings and the dearest my daughter went on was only 10 euro, which proved to be good value for the 3 hours she away. That included her dinner!! Entertainment at night was not the best but the entertainers did work really hard. Every night at 8pm till 9pm was for the kids, hide and seek, dancing , games etc. After this was bingo followed by the entertainer giving a show or outside entertainers.
During the day the entertainers would arrange games for older kids/adults to play/compete in to win t-shirt, seemed that the entertainers had their favourites though (only my opinion).
There were quite a lot of children who caused a bit of disruption through bad behaviour, staff tried to get them to cool it, at the end of the day the parents didn't bother as long as they were left alone to enjoy their drinks. Shame as it was annoying for other guests.
Hotel staff - mostly very friendly with the exception of a few, who as someone else described as needing a personality transplant (a couple of reception staff).
Bar staff (hose, angel) were fantastic as was our lovely cleaner.
Probably would visit one more time but next time as half board. Hope they stop allowing people to smoke in the rooms as ours stank. I smoke, but only on the veranda, took days to get rid of the smell.

My friend and I requested a room on a high floor. when we arrived in our room on the 8th floor our balcony view was lovely but the balcony door would not open. We reported it several times before getting it fixed.
The room looked nothing like it did in the thomas cook brochure and was very rundown and falling apart. The good bit was that our towels and bed linen were changed everyday.
The breakfasts were really good and there was always plenty of food.
Dinner was ok but there were a few wierd dishes and we had to pay for drinks. There was always the choice of chicken nuggets and chips. The hotel was "ok" but I will not be returning in the future.

Food in the hotel was brilliant, lots to choose from. Breakfast was English and continental so had something for everyone and evening meals were fab also, chicken was great! Had to pay for drinks with meal though.
Location was really great, was able to get to sleep at night but not too far to walk to the main strip (punta ballina).
Plenty of vending machines in reception to get water etc, only 60 cent for a big bottle.
Pool was quite small and deep all round so no good for kids. The kids pool was shallower however was in the shade as its under the trees.
Had to get up early to put towels on sun loungers as you wouldnt get one otherwise.
Hotel has its own sunloungers just set back off the beach which are free but quite shaded because of the trees.
Entertainment in the evening was good, reps shows kept the kids quiet and magic show was good.
Would definately recommend this hotel but families wanting a quite break should book for quieter times of the year, I was there last week of June and 1st week of July and was pretty busy, especially with the world cup going on (England fans got excited) but I would definately go back to Majorca Beach.
Had the best 2 weeks of my life and can't wait to go again. No complaints!!!
