Avoid this hotel at all costs.
Went there all inclusive got food poisoning, went downstairs to get a drink because the room had no air conditioning and the staff moaned about me taking water in a bottle upstairs.
Finally got through to rep who called the doctor who called for an ambulance so I spent the rest of the holiday in hospital, but I was told the day before to watch the food by someone who works in the resort.
If you still want to go don't go all inclusive but there are hotels a lot closer to the centre of Magaluf.

We stayed in Hotel Don Manolo in Magaluf.
We thought the hotel was excellently clean and if you didn't want to be disturbed by the cleaning lady you could put out a sign asking them to do not disturb.
We thought the food and drink was excellent and lots of variety but the only fault was you couldnt get a cup of tea or coffee till after 8am in the morning unless you take a travel kettle and equipment.
We thought the location of the hotel was ideal especially for families.
We thought the hotel staff was friendly and helpful especially if you have kids, the entertainment was brillant at night for the adults and kids and during the day there was things on for the kids as well.
I have been to this hotel 3 times already and would defenitely go again. The age ranges in our group started at 1 year old to 63 years old. We all go as a family all aunts, uncles, grandmothers and kids together all together there is 18 of us going this year we cant wait to get there in september 05. Would recommand this hotel to everyone.
