Couples seem to get shoved out of the way at the back of the hotel. Was annoyed at first but soon realised it was a lot quieter plus you get a nice view of the moutains rather than looking down on the pool and nothing else. Our bathroom did smell a little of sewarage (think we were on level 7) but other than that cleaned regularily.
Hotel is located on the edge of the resort, 5mins from the beach, 2 minutes from some great pubs and about 10mins walk from the main strip.
First time we've been All Inclusive so wasn't sure what to expect with the food but there was a great selection which I liked though my gf didn't enjoy it as much. We usually made sandwiches out of the bread and snacks.

The staff were a bit ignorent but your on holiday who cares.
The location of the hotel is ten min walk to beach and all the pubs and bars.
I would visit this hotel again because of the activities on offer.

When we arrived it was about 10pm at night, the staff were helpful and we were checked into our room very quickly with no hassle at all.
We found the food ok, there was always some sort of food available and we never went hungry.
Our room was cleaned everyday, we got new towels when we needed and our bed sheets were changed regularly.
The staff were ok, they found our accents hard to understand (but who doesn't).
The entertainment was funny and the kids staying in the hotel loved it.
The only disadvantage this hotel has is the lack of air conditioning, we hired a fan which wasn't dear and was well worth the 15euros.
We were within walking distance of everything.
Overall I was worried about this hotel before we went, but really enjoyed our stay.
If you have booked to stay here go with an open mind and I'm sure you'll have a brill holiday. Make sure you visit Manalo's, it is aways good crack, good place to start your night and the atmosphere during football matches is top class!!!!!!!

Hotel cleanliness was brillant, rooms were cleaned every day in fact while we stayed there both my chidren were sick all over their beds, and the cleaner happily changed the beds next day.
The location of the hotel is good near to everything.
the hotel staff on reception was not that friendly, but the cleaning and bar and dining room and entertainment was brillant, especially Johnny Raffa and Ina.
The entertainment staff were brillant they played games with the kids all through the day and night, and really made us feel welcome. They were the best bit of the holiday.
The food was appaling it was never cooked properly. We ended up eating the same pizza and chips most days. In fact it made some of us quite ill. Even some of the staff admitted to the food being appalling, and making them ill. The drinks were watered down.
If the food and drink was to improve then would properly go back to hotel again, but as it stands would never go back again.

There was no problems and all the groups watched their language infront of the children but whoever booked them here was out of order as it is really a hen and stag do hotel.
Food was fine, beer was fine, location was 50m from Pirates (for anybody who knows Maga). Entertainment was funny and silly got everybody laughing.
There was games on during the day, rife shooting, football, water polo but they were to rough for the under 14's.
We had a great time just lad it was lads only in our group.

Anyway arrived ok and looked after very well. We were on the fifth floor overlooking the pool and as recommended we each had a safe to our rooms. Cleanliness was fine (when they could get in our room as we weren't getting up till noon plus!!)
The food was not too bad - I am quite fussy so lived on a lot of chips - but even my food-loving mates found the food a bit rough at times (we ate at the Kentucky a few times).
We found the lack of air conditioning a problem - some nights it was unbearable even after coming back sozzled.
Entertainment ok - the quizzes were a laugh. The drinks - yes watered down but sufficient to get us started for the night. Pirates is a must - brilliant.
Beach first class.
Our Rep was brilliant and helped us a lot (although she did have the hots for one of us think this helped).
Hotel definitely should be 18-30's. We were told to keep the noise down a couple of times - but there were loads worse groups (throwing things off balconies, etc)
Felt sorry for an elderly couple there who they wouldn't move.

When we got to our room however we found that our balcony had a view of the restaurant roof that was littered with condoms, handcuffs and smashed up chairs! to add to it our wardrobe doors were hanging off which would be dangerous to children.
We went and had something to eat which wasn't to bad, not much choice though but the restaurant was nice and clean friendly etc.
The pool area was ok the floor was sticky from drinks being spilt though and didn't see it get properly cleaned all week. The same cd played round all day everyday by the pool (the corrs) which was very annoying.
Sampled the night-life that evening and had a really good night but when we got back there were some lads banging on our door! Next thing they are stood on the roof hanging over our balcony looking in to our room! We asked them politely to go and shut the doors (and curtains) and went to bed. We then heard one of them climb onto the balcony knock our table over and climb onto the other side. About fifteen minutes later someone was trying a key in our lock, to our shock it opened! It was the same man that had been outside our window before.
It turns out that reception had given the man a key to our room even though they know that there are 3 19 year old girls staying in there!
We took the key from the man and went to reception, he promptly through up in the corridor.
The staff were appoligetic but we asked to be moved, they said it was not possible untill the morning so we went back up to our room. We were making sure everything was secure when we discovered that our balcony door did not even lock! We went back down to reception who sent up a security guard who "fixed" it with a pair of tweezers and toilet roll!
We couldn't really sleep that night but we were moved the next day to a much nicer room.
Please do not visit this hotel with children, theres not much to do for them, the rooms are not secure and the entertainment wasn't suitable.
Definatley a hotel for 18-30's.
