We have just returned from a week at Don Bigote.The hotel was way above the standard we expected.Previous reports have been mainly from the 18-30 age group,but most of the guests during our stay were over 50.The food was very good with a varied selection every evening.The place is very clean and the staff friendly & helpful.The pool was better than quite a few of the higher star rated hotels.Our only ctitisism would be our room was a little on the small side and was in need of a facelift.Air-con was a god send some nights and at no extra cost.All in all a great hotel that we would definately return to at this time of year.Bar prices were pretty good,lower than some ofthe bars in town.

This was a great hotel, very clean - the cleaners would knock on your door and if you were still in bed they would come back and clean your room after u'd left even if it was after 12 in the afternoon
The Hotel food was pretty good, we were never up in time for breakfast but tea was very nice.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel is in a great place, only a couple of minutes walk from the beach and about a 10 minute walk from Magaluf, without being in the middle of it all, and Palma nova is much better in the day than Magaluf.
The pool was really clean and great for the hot days!
There were alot of different age groups staying at this hotel, which was pretty good, there was no screaming or shouting when we were trying to sleep when we got in after a long night out on the town.
The hotel was perfect, i would definatley stay here again!

The resort was lovely, everyone was very friendly and it was so clean!
The beach was clean and great for lazing in the sun.
There's lots of shops and restaurants around, we tried a few out and they were all pretty cheap and the food was lovely!
One thing: if you stay at the don bigote hotel, don't buy from the shop just over the road, go to the spar just around the corner its a lot cheaper.
Also don't use the phones outside the hotel you don't get your money's worth, you need to walk around the corner by Bannana Joes and use the phones there, your money lasts a lot longer in those!
Apart from those little things, everything was great, i loved it and i wish i was there now, i miss it like mad!
The PR's outside clubs can be a pain, but always up for a laugh!

Excellent location, really friendly staff. 5 mins walking from the beach and about 10 from the main bar area. Top banana, get yourself to BCM.

we moved to don bigote for the air con. which is swithed on at 1800 but the air con fan works all round the day.(with your card in).it seemed to be a hotel for younger people but they behaved very well.in fact they could put a few older people in the shade. food tops, bar nice, pool top banana.lifts were strange as it only went one journey at a time.no stopping for floors to pick up.but as i say air con....nice.

I have been to this hotel 4 times now and would go back again. Hopefully next year! I just love it there. Everything is right on your door step, everyone is dead friendly. Your room gets cleaned everyday.
You can eat as much as you want when it comes to dinner. There is something different to eat each night.
Why would i go back there 4 times if it wasnt good. Hotel staff are friendly and its everything you want.
Entertainment isnt to good, but then why do you need it when you got BCM and other top clubs. YOU MUST GO THERE!
Its in the quieter area as well so you dont get the noise of Magaluf.

I don't know what hotel the last person was at but it definately wasn't the Don Bigote! This Hotel is gorgeous!
You could have eaten your dinner off the floors is was SO clean! Towels were changed EVERYDAY and room was tidied every 2 days! Staff were so friendly and very very helpful! The food was lovely and different changed everyday! The pool is lovely and has loads of loungers at pool area!
Is about a 10 minute walk from main maga strip. Wouldn't advise anyone who wants to sleep at night to come here because it's a young persons hotel.
Have fun! Im going back here in June!

we loved this hotel !! it had a mixed age group stayin in it. the food was fantastic and staff very friendly.rooms cleaned regulary.not far to everything and taxis stop outside to get to magaluf 4-5 euros.

This hotel was brillant, great location, great evening food the menu changed everyday, breakfast wasnt that great! swimming pool was very clean and lovely!
A 2 min walk from the beach, Banana joes a great place to start the evening or just chill out!
BCM great club especially with free drinks all night
Definatyl going back next year!

Rather minging, cleaners woul'dnt clean the rooms, had to fight for new towels, someone was sick in the pool and it was there for 3 days, expensive drinks, ignorant staff, if u go, beware of the food, its the same every day, and not just the same kind of food i mean the same potatoes which where there the night b4, (we no cause we made faces in them)! breakfast was horrible. no entertainment, but who needs it!
