I found this holiday one of the best I have been on. Not having children ourselves, we found that this was a totally relaxing holiday as there were no screaming kids jumping in and out of the pool - No under 13's.
Out hotel room was a faily good size and always clean.

Having been on an all inclusive holiday previously, I was very suprised at the variety and quality of the food and drink. There was always hot and cold selection and on an evening there was a carvery with quite a good selection of vegetables - along with a choice of fish, chicken, salad, soup etc

The entertainment was great with Annete being life and sole round the pool area getting everyone up to play games during the day (not overpowering either, if you didn't want to participate) and entertaining everyone with Bingo etc at night. She definitely missed on her day off!

Location was great for us -(30 and 34 year old). Although All Inclusive we generally had a walk out on an evening. Magaluf was about 1/2 and hour walk (5 mins in a taxi) and we were about 5 minute walk from the centre of Palma Nova bars and restaurants which was lively enough for us. Stadium bar was open until 2.30pm, sometimes a little later. Had a few great nights in here !!!!

The only thing I thought let the hotel down was that the pool area wasn't big enough and you generally lost the sun around 5.30pm - when you could have stayed in it until gone 7.00pm.

The location was the best thing about the hotel, me and my friend are only 18, so it was great being so near the centre of Palma Nova and only a 15 minute walk away from Magaluf.

The food was great, I went all inclusive and the good thing was I always missed the breakfast no matter how hard I tried, but there was always something on offer.

Over all a very pleasant experience

Air conditioning was a god send

The hotel itself was very nice. No complaints there, food was decent, can't comment on breakfast because we never made it there!

It seemed to be more of a couple

Not a very nice experience, We thought this would be alot better as it was supposed to be 4*, The roadworks outside our room were horrendous it was inpossible to stay in your room during the day,The entertainment was not for us i'm afraid. The hotel was further than we thought from the seafront,At least we had some good weather, other than that we will not be visiting again.

i cant say anything bad about this hotel as it was really nice.

Having been to majorca before i was expecting a nice and friendly hotel which is what i got.

i would definatly come back here again.

This hotel was a good hotel to stay in.

The food personally was a bit repetative especially at the midnight buffet.

The hotel would have been perfect if it had been closer to the beach and had a bigger pool otherwise it was a good hotel.

On a personal note the Thomson rep was very helpful when I injured myself at the hotel.

As this was my first trip away without my parents I was very wary about the hotel I was going to. I read the reports on the internet and was quite worried. All negative So when I arrived with my boyfriend I was very very surprised with how nice it was.

We asked for a room overlooking the pool, which we got. It was very spacious, with more than enough room for 2 people. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were exceptionaly clean which was a huge relief as I am very fussy about a clean living space.

The hotel itself was also very clean and tidy. Reception had all information you could need, from organised trips out to what day and time your travel rep would be available to speak to. Reception staff were also very friendly.

The entertainment on a night was ok, but if you are stopping on the first floor and plan an early night think again as it is very very noisy. The lady doing the bingo and most of the daily activities didn't need a microphone!But being all inclusive the alcohol soon got you in the mood for a good party....especially as the measures over there are more like triples instead of singles!! Bar staff were exceptionaly friendly and, although very short staffed, they managed to keep the lounge tidy and the drinks flowing.

Everyone in the hotel was very friendly including other guests. Made friends with many people including a couple who go to the hotel every year. They made us feel very welcome and made our holiday even better than we could have imagined.

The food area had a good variety of food although options only changed a few times whilst we were there. Got sick of pasta and chips by day three. Again short staffed, and only real downfall was the plates weren't always clean. Take a clean tissue to wipe plates of excess water and food which hasn't come off in dish washer.

As for the location. Brilliant. Beach and shops were only five minutes walk away. No propblem with the language as most shop owners speak very good english. Magaluf was only a 15 minute walk away. Just follow the shops and you walk straight into it. Unless you ask you won't know your there. Crazy Golf is also five minutes away from the hotel and is on the way to the beach. Enjoyable way to spend an hour of two at a low cost. Marineland is also a five minute bus ride away and is well worth a visit just to see the dolphins. Buses are regular and bus stops are just along main road.

Overall this holiday was very very enjoyable and I would definately go back. To all the people who said this was not a 4 star hotel, you're wrong. Although the hotel was mainly occupied with the older generation there was plenty for us young folk to do.(18&22)

Do vistit Palma and Andratx. Good days out guaranteed.

NOT A 4* HOTEL.

Imagine a small room with 300 people in it, all smoking with no windows or doors open & no air conditioning on.
That about sums it up!
If you are a non smoker, you DO NOT want to go here.

In fact, you can hardly see from one end of the room to the other for the smoke.
Reps explination was that there was a lot of older people staying & they liked it warm. They refused to put the air conditioning on.
At the end of the night, we all looked like we'd been swimming in chlorine! Our eyes were really bloodshot.

Luckily the restaraunt was no-smoking & I can't complain about the food.
The location was good too.

The brochure said 2 bars. There was only one.
Maybe there was a pool bar but it was Feb, cold & only one bar was open so it should NOT say in the winter brochure that there are 2 bars if there is only one going to be open.

This hotel consisted of a small reception, small lounge (attached to reception) with a bar at the end of it, 2 restaraunts & a pool. That's all. (despite the brochure saying there are 3 lounges) ?????

I went with some friends for a 3 day break so I did have a good time, but that was due to the people I went with & NOT the hotel.
Had this been my 'main holiday' I'd have left before I'd unpacked.

Whoever graded this hotel a 4* needs SHOOTING!!

The holiday brochure said that this was a hotel for NO children under the age of thirteen, don't believe it three days into our holiday and thats what we got and the noise and disruption they caused spoilt the holiday for us and many more that were staying there at the time.

We booked a room over looking the pool and when we got there we were offered the broom cupboard (or so it seemed) over looking the main road which can be very noisy, eventually we were moved to the room we had booked.

The food was very varied but if you are a vegetarian then you soon got fed up with the small variety that they put on for you.

The entertainment while we were there was good but due to a lack of table lighting by the hotel this caused some major problems.

As to it being a 4* hotel they must be joking

Cool bar, a good restaunt, im not too fussy on food which is good, a funny looking head waiter, entertainment...well, do urself a favour and find your own in the town!

what else, er, lifts could be a bit bigger but thats okay. um, ah great scenery! lovely it was! the green hills and stuff! i went xmas and it was great, no kids! next door was crazy tho, hotel america...no offense but it horrible! (we popped over there u see!) Tho i expect that the Palace gets busier in school holidays and stuff so i cant really tell. um, very enjoyable stay in my opinion. i shared with my dad and was cool coz my mum was stuck with my nan and my brothers went off chasing women. we went round to a couple of bars round the corner and was left to our own devices!

Overall a good place to lay my head and get me started before i go out. Got fed too which was good and bonded with my father. all on xmas in lovely sunshine!
