Location
The rooms were clean and ample size we had a bath/shower and aircon. The only complaint I would have is that in the four days we stayed we had no cleaners and no towel changes.
We stopped on a self catering basis the rooms were equipped with a fridge but nothing else I assume if you required a kettle ect. you could have hired them.
The hotel staff seemed ok ,bar staff by the pool were very friendly and always had a smile. I can not comment on entertainment as we didn't stop in the hotel of an evening.
The hotel did cater for disabled people but mainly the guests were groups of stag /hen partys. It could get a little rowdy but it is what you expect. The pool area was large and never too crowded.
I wouldn,t reccomend this hotel for families but for an adult break it is great. I would book this hotel again.

The staff were very helpful again. This year we went on some trips, and we went all over the island. When you get to the vornova if you ask about trips you can get on them. The buses can take wheelchairs users.
Just ask for Jon peeare, he is very friendly and helpful. We are going back next year.

As it was so cheap we were a little concerned, considering the reviews we've read, but it proved to be great value for money.
As we were arriving 11am ish on Good Friday we'd sent an email requesting if we could check in early - this caused no problem at all. The receptionist was very friendly & accommodating.
It was a really nice walk into Palma Nova, say about 10 minutes.
Apparently you did have to rent most items from reception, but then again we didn't spend that much time there, so we weren't bothered about the TV, kettle etc etc.
Obviously it was a bit early in the season & it was quite quiet in the hotel.
The only disturbance we had were the cleaners laughing whilst going about their work., we're not used to people enjoying their work, especially coming from the UK!
We are in our mid 30's & we enjoyed the walk into Magaluf several times during our stay, only during the day tho.....far too old for all that!!!:)
We would stay at this hotel again.

We had a ground floor apartment looking out the back and we got burgled on our 3rd night there along with 2 other apartments one which was next door but one and the one above ours on the 1 st floor. Have now found out since that this is a common occurrence for this hotel. We were moved to the 3rd floor overlooking the pool and it was so much better, no rumbling from the air conditioning and bleeping noise every 10 mins throughout the night. If they give you room 1107 or any room down that corridor facing the hedge don't take it or even a 1st floor apartment looking out the back eg at the hedge ask them to move you to a pool view room. They will probably try to fob you off they have no rooms looking out at the pool but keep persisting, they have proper bathrooms with baths & showers. The one we had was set up for disabled people complete with commode type thing in the bathroom and an open shower so the floor flooded every time we had a shower.
The taxi fare was a lot more more than I thought it would be, it was approx 32 euro's as the taxi drivers add 6 euros onto the meter price due to some airport tax.
The beach is not far down the road best and quickest way is to come out of the apartment and turn left up to the main road where the round about is and walk down to the next round about and turn right straight down to the beach and restaurants and bars. On the way down there on the right hand side is a bar called Karen's which is wonderful food throughout the day and John at night is the barman who is a mine of information. There isn't that much choice for food or even entertainment or bars in this area.
I went with 2 kids at Easter and certainly wouldn't even go in the summer, beach is the best thing about this resort but I think I will stick to Tenerife in future.

There was no kettle in the room, or toaster, and the hotel wanted Eur 15 and a Eur10 deposit, which was non refundable. Both of these should be standared in a self-catering accomadation., I bought one for Eur9, three minutes walk away.
The supermarket on site was too expensive ie the water was Eur 1.80 and in the one down the road it was 80 cents!
It was supposed to be a family hotel, but there were stag and hen parties, also two break ins the first week, and four in the second week. I believe these were not isolated. These mainly occured on the floors above ground level!
The food at the pool bar was very nice.
The First Choice rep was not very helpful at all, He had only been there two weeks, so was quite inexperienced.
People were thrown out of their rooms without warning, and as soon as they had gone, the rooms were taken, as I believe there was treble bookings. A couple who were on their honeymoon had to sleep in the library. The arrangements when leaving were poor, we had to vacate room at 11am, to pick up the coach 2am the following morning.
We asked if we could pay to keep the room, but was unable to, as the hotel was treble booked up until 15th August. There was a room that you could use to shower in, but it was so wet and steamed up by the time we got to use it.

Apartments were clean however, we did have to hire a kettle and toaster (which we had to clean out before using) as there was no drinks etc available. Nice and peaceful, do not hear people coming back from the nigh out.
HOWEVER, on our 3rd day there we popped out for a bite to eat for an hour, only to come back and find that the room had been broken into and everything of any value had been taken. Later we found out that three rooms next to us were also robbed!!!!!
NOT very helpful, took their time, police would not speak to us unless we had a translater even though they could understand. We then had to sleep in reception from 4am as we could not sleep in our room with broken doors, after visiting the police station for 3 hours. We were not even offered a drink for the child.
We were very disapointed, we were not offered another room , so as a result we had to fly home! Very disappointed as apart from that night it was lovely weather and a nice room.

The location is abit out the way but it is only a short taxi ride, had no problems with the hotel at all staff were friendly.
The only downside was that are flight going home wasn't till midnight so I asked reception if we can keep the room until we had to leave instead of leaving at 11am and sitting around the lobby. But they said I can't keep the room cos there was other guests coming so we had to sit round for nearly 11 hours.
All in all great hotel big pool. I loved it.

The pool is a good size and plenty of sunbeds around the pool area. Pool bar sellings drinks and snacks. Restaurant were you could purchase breakfast or an evening meal was a little expensive. Entertainment at night was awful.
Rooms were clean, bed linen and towels changed regularly.
Staff very friendly and the mini-market was well stocked but a bit over priced. Further down the road was a big supermarket selling the items at half the price. Approx 5 euros in a taxi to Magaluf.
Apartments are used for stag / hen weekends so many a sleepless night.
I would not recommend these apartments for familes.
