We have just returned after a one week stay at this hotel and found it to be really nice. The rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels , we were in A block room 605 the only complaint about that room was the noise of the fans from below , but this usually ceased mid afternoon. the food was nice but on occasion was cold on sereving, if this was addressed the food would be much better. Location fantastic lovely sandy bay great for everyone. This was our first trip to Menorca but will go again. If you are booked into the Aguamarina dont worry you will have a good time I would go there again.

food was excellent catered for everyone including vegetarians.hotel in general was very clean swimming pools were very cold, most of the time was spent at the beach because the sea was warmer.their is not enough facilities at the hotel only one dart board and one table tennis table between the hours of 10am-1pm and 3pm-4pm at half hour intervals teenagers would get bored because their is not enough to do,mini golf and a rifle range are available at the same allocated times .the hotel entertainment catered more for children than adults and finished at 11.00pm hotel had a large tv screen which was constantly playing football ok if your a football fan!

We thoroughly enjoyed this holiday. To criticise the arrangements as some contributors have is to misunderstand the concept of the mass consumption holiday. The hotel is large and functional; the staff of course were perfect hosts as indeed the Spanish people are ; the food was good and plentiful; relaxing areas were comfortable as were the outside areas especially the gardens. And the beach, island and views were beautiful. We did nothing except relax all week, with a few short strolls, and the atmosphere was completely conducive to helping us to do just this. All in all it was great value, and a place for the future.We recommend it to all tolerant people who simply want to relax and enjoy themselves - just like everybody else seemed to manage.

This is an amazing hotel all bad reviws are wrong.
It is at the most amazing bay i have ever seen and in block a's bar balcony you can see this. There is everything you need although there are no major shops nearby there are a few basic places to go and the bus service is great.
It does get very hot and reach 41c although the rooms have air conditioning which in the the afternoon I would suggest to do as the menorcans do and take a siesta.
The entertainment was great and worked so hard. At the end of the night get up and do the "club dances" they are mad but brillient.
We have been to Menorca before and were worried that we would have little to do but we were wrong!
The food had so much variety, on one night you could have chicken and chips or a more exotic paella. It is a plce that can be hard for teens on their own can find hard to make friends although the teens activities help with this.
Before you go try to request a room in block a we did this and found little fault with the room. If you do not like the room you can upgrade to a superior room but we found that ours was brilliant.
For the parents with children obsessed with the computer there is a large computer suite in the b block and a few indervidual ones scattered around.

I have just got back from a absolutley amazing stay at the Aguamarina and it was by far my best holiday ever!
The hotel was very clean and tidy with very helpful maids that cleaned room daily. I was in Block B and it was fab. People that I met in Block A had a terrible ant problem but I had no ants at all.
The food was pretty good - extremely good for meat eaters but as for me, a veggie, there wasn't that much choice. It was pasta and chips for me most nights.
The location was beautiful - whats not to love about a horse-shoe shaped bay with golden sands and clear blue waters! Even though on days when the sea is rough many jellyfish are bought in by the current, as my Dad found out when he was stung by one!
The dinner staff were all very nice and chatty and good help and service from them.
The entertainment was sooo cool! The anamation team were totally the best ever and they worked so hard to perfect their evening routines and they have really inspired me alot with my career in my future, (as I am only 13). Patrick was amazing as he spoke in 7 different languages!!! And then there was Eric who was pretty fantastic dancer! Woo hoo!!! The mini-disco was so awesome and then there was bingo, (woth Patrick!!) and then there was the entertainment at 10pm every night and then after the entertainment is another disco but its more for adults. They also hosted activities in the daytime as well such as basketball, shuffleboards, crazy golf, shooting and many more.
Overall I had a fantastic holiday but now I've got to persuade my folks to go back next year!!!

stayed on half board basis and was very aprehensive before we went after reading so many bad reviews . well all we can say is theese people must be extremley pickey as we had no complaints what so ever . we were in th e so called bad block b block and it was absolutley fine the maids work so hard cleaning all the time give them a smile as you pass and say hola they will greet you back. food was nothing special but plenty of choice for all to enjoy. location was great for us we specified when we booked we wanted a really nice beach and a good pool and that was what we got. staff were great we had no problems with any of them . the entertainment was enough for us and our little man and yes we would love to visit again we had a fantastic holiday.

Please ignore any negative comments about this hotel, just returned from a week's break & everything was superb. I can't praise the staff, room, food or location highly enough, we were a little apprehensive due to mixed reviews, but the hotel is just fantastic value for money. The only problem we had is that we wish we'd booked for 2 weeks! We've travelled all over the world on holidays & this hotel matches up to anything in terms of value for money & overall cleanliness, I would gladly return without hesitation. I repeat - ignore any negative comments & please feel free to ask me any questions.

I was worried about going to the hotel after reading some of the reviews, however, i need not have been!
The hotel was extremely clean, rooms and all areas cleaned daily (communal areas more often) and linen changed every other day.
Food was superb - always a choice of fish, meat and veg dishes - kept going back for more! Location was great. Majority of staff helpful (some were a little bit sullen but were still polite). Evening entertainment was varied - some professional shows were good some not so. Rep/staff shows were always enthuastically presented if a little corny.
Drinks prices during eve entertainment was pricey but this may be more apparent due to strong Euro (drinks with eve meal always reasonable). Would go again.

Hotel was very clean rooms were small but only stayed in them to sleep. Food was very good plenty of choice.
Location was great resort is quite but feels safe most of the staff wrer good apart from one waiter who was obssessed with the chairs round stage area.
Pools great.
I would go back again great holiday.

I've been about 3 times previous to this visit and am attending again in the 2009 season. The clubs are amazing and exciting, we always have a family competition to see who can get the most certificates in the holiday. The rooms are spotless and are pleasant to solialise in. The animation team are really friendly and caring and are enjoyable to be with. There are the PC rooms and games machines with many bars. Also there is the supermarket and gift shop just across a small road. I hope you choose to go there and my review has helped make your mind up. IT'S AN AMAZING HOTEL, ENJOY!
