The hotel rooms are really clean and the maid comes in EVERY day to change towels and replenish toiletries and toilet rolls etc.
The restaurant is well organised. You have to wait at the door to be seated by staff which is good as you are not running around trying to find an empty table and also no-one is stood watching you waiting for your table! We were never waiting more than a couple of minutes no matter what time we went in. The food was always hot and well presented. It was never left to stand and fresh would be put out before it had all gone. We never heard of anyone being ill due to the food. Plates and cutlery were always clean.
The staff were always polite and helpful to us and work really hard. Entertainment staff fantastic.
The only let down I would say for an all inclusive holiday is that you have to pay for bottle water and icecreams. The snack bar only dispenses 3 different items (toasties, hot dogs and burgers) and isn't open much throughout the day. Other than that, a brill hotel! Would definately go back!

the bar staff were great they did their best only 1 bar open during the peak season seemed wrong too me,qeueing is a great way to make freinds though and the 2nd week was better as alot of the large parties went home .the food was great always fresh and hot and plenty of choice weve had far worse !the adults part of the dinning room is great our two teenagers ate on their own in the eveings which meant that we could have a nice peacful meal just the two of us.bliss
Rooms were clean,i would say that the bathrooms are quite compact as said in previous reviews ,however im quite a big lady and i didnt have ant probs so dont worry about that one!
Entertainment what can i say if you could rate this out of 10 i would say 12 ,there was never a dull momnet and that song the sunshine song it gets stuck in your head still find myself singing now and the ola olla one too very sad but i cant stop myself .johan ,alex and team were ace .
the only down side paying for icecreams but they did have some at meals times so have your fill then having said that only 1 euro not bad really lso bottled water is 1euro for a litre .
all in a great holiday we all loved it and the tears on the coach coming home from our daughter was the icing on the cake ,she wants go back now .would love to go back next year ,but we want to try somewhere else .

Have been to Menorca many times, but this was our first all inclusive.
Doubtless many will disgree with my report (most previous reviews are excellent) but I have to speak as i find.
I was very suprised to have an AI holiday and have to pay for bottled water and ice creams....not what I had in mind when i booked.
I have always found Menorcans to be very friendly people - especially restaurant / bar staff....unfortunately the restaurant staff were completely bereft of personality and had lost the ability to smile.
The food was truly awful - cheap, poor quality, repetitive and dull - very Aldi!! The children's food was appalling....I am still trying to work out which part of the chicken was used to produce grey chicken nuggets!!
The hotel itself is fine - the room was clean and well maintained and the maids excellent and cheerful. Be prepared to get up early for the daily get your towel on a sunbed game. The position of the hotel was ok - free shuttle bus into the resort of Punta Prima ran every 10-15 minutes. This was the only way of getting to any shops.
If your idea of a great AI holiday is to drink your own body weight in San Miguel then this is for you.....if you are a little more discerning look somewhere else.

Punta prima was a let down, nothing there, so we had to make do with the hotel, this, believe me, was not a hardship.
The food was good, always something to eat, im a meat man, so was loads for me.
Lastly the entertainment team were superb, from 1030 am till 11pm you were laughing and dancing, even if you lie by the pool all day they are good fun,
Sunshine for me(theme tune) will live with me forever.
Would i go back to this hotel again, Yes Yes Yes, my daughters tears upon leaving made it worth every penny.

The entertainers: Ruth, Nathalie, Rieke, Johan and Alexx were the best, they were so friendly and so were the bar staff, i especially liked one barmaid she was so friendly and kind, all staff worked none stop, but none of them moaned that they were tired or anything, everybody there was like best friends we all just clicked.
Now it is my mission to go back-so hopefully i shall see you all next year!!!

There isn't a superlative which can correctly describe how good this place is!
If I could offer a score of 10 out of 5 for the hotel staff I would do.
I'm sure that the Oxford English Dictionary will shortly show "see Sur Menorca" under the defintion of the word holiday in its next edition.
The animation team are fantastic and the sure testimony of the place is the sheer number of people that are there on their 3rd/4th/5th visit. This was our first but it wont be our last.
Top marks and excellent value for money.

The hotel itself is fantastic, clean as you like! As we went all inclusive we only left the hotel to visit the beach, which i might add was absolutely beautiful ( we travelled there on the free bus which goes from the hotel to the beach every 15min) but it is only a 10min walk.
The entertainment team were fantastic, really easy to get along with and always make you smile! Johann, Alex, Reike and Jenny walk around with smiles on their faces 24/7, i really dont kno how they do it, but they were brilliant! the shows they put on were great to, especially Grease!
honestly i could go on and on about this hotel, hopefully going back next year!!
one minor problem with the all inclusive is that the spanish drinking water is salty, so when we wanted water we had to buy bottled water, but at 70p for 1.5 litres we werent exactly stretched! and to be honest on an all inclusive holiday you drink as much pop and alcohol as you like, 'let yourself go' so to speak! so it wasnt really a major issue!
i would HIGHLY recommend people go there whether you are a family party, couples parties or groups of friends theres something for all!
