Didn't bother with the themed restaurant, the normal one was excellent.
Rooms in Main Hotel have more breeze and sea view. They are also closer to the main facilities

Try for pool view room. Some of the ground floor apartments at the rear of the complex didn't get any sun.

Found a large selections of all types of restaurants in the resort, fish, pasta, steak, Chinese, India, Thai, even British fish and chips.
Found some very nice small restaurants in the back streets of the old town area. A street map of the area can be obtained free of charge from the local tourist
information centre.
All the beach areas we visited we very clean and tidy and the water very clean.

Excellent resort, quiet if that's what you want ie just a short walk from the town centre or equally lively with plenty of restaurants and bars.
The resort is reasonably clean and the beach and sand dunes are fantastic

Resort is great, about a 15 min walk into town.
Highly recommend, Medieval carvery-smashing roast dinners, La Sirena, Slow Boat2, Mexican.
This is our 8th visit, so we love Corraljo.
Olivia beach well worth a visit, white sands and clear blue seas, water park not yet opened but I don't think it is far away now from opening.

We have been going to Corralejo for 10 years and find the resort has grown over the years.
Based around a fishing village, much of the relaxed way of life still exists.
There is every kind of restaurant you can imagine, particularly in Music Square where 5 nights a week you will be entertained. La Tahona and Poco Loco are well worth a visit for good quality meals - with a twist!
You have a choice of beaches all are clean and the sea is warm. If you want a relaxing holiday where you can chill out for a couple of weeks - we can recommend Fuerteventura.

Resort was really geared towards couples and families. Just enough entertainment to keep us amused. restaurants were fantastic and a wide variety. the corralejo sand dunes are a definite sight to be seen with the gorgeous sand and blue waters.

The resort is constantly growing but only inland as the National Park prevents building on the vast Sand Dunes.
We have noticed a change in the resort over the years and usually prefer to dine in the restaurants along the coast and avoid those along the main Street frequented by the "Buggie and Football Shirt" brigade.
Those on Self Catering may like to use the Hipo-Dino Supermarket - much cheaper than the smaller Netto chain and used by the locals, many "international" brands are stocked and there is a good supply of fresh meat and fish on the Deli counter.
If possible try not to stay on the town beaches, it is well worth the 20 minute walk, or short bus journey to the sand dunes, but beware of the overweight tanned naked bathers, and the wind, which may be very strong at time and feel like you are being shot blasted.
The roads on the Island are in very good condition and not too much traffic. If you hire a car you can see most of the Island in one day, although a fairly large island there is a limited number of attractions. The scenery is unbelievable, eroding extinct volcanoes all over.

Corralejo is an ideal resort for families the only problem is the time share scratchcard people saying youve won a prize at the supermarket (Dont fall for it),dont stop to talk to them

The location was ideal for a family with a lovely sandy beach and views across to Lanzarote & Los Lobos. The town 5 mins walk had everything needed and you could eat at a different restaurant every night for a month and still not have been to all of them.
I would advise anybody to try one of the best Indian Restaurant ever called The Bombay, they were child friendly, the service and food was excellant.
Every restaurant we visited provided high-chairs and I can honestly say that we didn't have a bad meal at all.
We will most certainly be returning to the same apartments. In fact I'm already looking at next years holiday but this time it will be two weeks.

The corralejo market – took place opposite the aparthotel on a Monday and Friday from 9.00 am till 1.00 pm and is a must if you want to get a bargain. However, you must be prepared to haggle with the traders as they will ask initially for double and more of what they will actually settle for on a particular item.
The beaches – are small but if you wish you can take a taxi to the Oliva beach, which was is very beautiful. You could also go to the sand dunes if you don’t mind the nudists.
Day trips – can be booked through your rep or from the kiosks situated down at the harbour. The trips that I would recommend in order of preference would be the Jeep Safari, The Catlanza and the Oasis park (the reptile show on the trip was quite entertaining). There are others that we did not go on, such as a trip across to Lanzorote, Dolphin Safari, Glass Bottom Boat, and The Yellow submarine. Details of what the trips include would be contained in the welcome pack that you get at your Welcoming Meeting the day after you arrive or in the leaflets available down at the harbour kiosks
Eating out – you could eat out every night in Corralejo for a month and still not have eaten in every restaurant. The restaurants were either Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Pizzerias as well as the usual Steak Houses etc. I would recommend the Poco Loco and Penny Lane. Others said that La Tasca was good as well as the Rock Café, However I did not think that the Rock Café had a good variety on their menu. I would stay away from The Talk of the Town, and Castaways. A MUST is the Chablis Wine bar. This is situated about halfway down the main street on the left hand side and is British run. Evening meals were served from 7.00 pm till 10.00 pm (except on Saturdays when only the bar is open from 7.00 pm till 1.00 am). It had a variety of foods on the menu from Chilli, Curry, Jacket Potatoes with various fillings, Salads, Steaks, Fish etc. All were reasonably priced and the portions were value for money. The food was well presented and good to eat. The children’s meals were good value as a typical meal such as, Chicken Nuggets, Chips and Beans was 6 Euro and this included 2 scoops of vanilla ice-cream with, chocolate, strawberry or caramel sauce. Sunday lunch is also a MUST at the Chablis Wine Bar. Roast beef, Yorkshire pudding, boiled potatoes, roast potatoes, carrots and peas 9.50 euro for adults and 7 euro for the children. This price included desert, which was apple pie with, ice-cream, cream or custard. This is served on a Sunday from 7.00 pm but I do not remember what time they stop serving this at. I think it was 9.15 pm. Snack meals and a full English breakfast can be had from 9.30 am till 2.00 pm. Again the menu is varied and if you wish you can make up your own breakfast as they have items of food individually priced eg. beans 50 cent, egg 50 cent, sausage 1 euro, bacon 1 euro etc, so you can have as much or as little as you like. Besides the good food the Chablis has a very inviting interior and friendly staff, which creates a very relaxing atmosphere to in which to eat.
Corralejo – as well as having plenty of restaurants, there are many many shops to spend your euros in. There are a number of funfairs and amusement arcades for the children. Night time entertainment for the young free and single or couples can be had at the numerous bars and night clubs.
On the whole this was a good holiday and I would certainly return to Corralejo
Had it not been for the sun bed issue and the noise disturbance from the other apartments I would return to the Lobos Bahia, but I would prefer to book somewhere where I can sleep at night and not worry about rising early to get a sun bed.

The resort of Correlago itself was quite commercialised but this was a good thing because it meant plenty of choice for eating out and prices fairly reasonable. Good if staying on a self catering basis. Standard of the food we found excellent in every restaurant during our 7 day holiday. Plenty of choice and the people very hospitable and friendly. Children very welcome in all the restaurants.
