It was really quite lovely. Firstly we found the cleaning services spot-on. On the day the apartment wasn't cleaned we had grown to expect it but towels were replaced numerously, beds made and the standard of cleanliness very high.

had heard bad review about maracaibo before we booked but went ahead anyway.was awful.receptionist messed up all rooms and some holidaymakers were left with no rooms.passports went missing from behind reception.a nightmare!our room was crawling with cockroaches,fridge,beds,bath.complained for 3 days before they eventually moved us to another room.we go to puerto rico every year and will never stay there again.

I stayed in the Maricaibo apartmentss yes it is very old and in need of renovation but the beds are very clean and the cleaning staff were very good doing more than they should.
The food was excellent on the barbecue night as was the entertainment.
All staff could not do enough for you.
As I had read reports after I had booked I was dreading going but I was more than surprised.
