Food at hotel was sometimes nice the breakfast was not bt night time and pool side cafe was quite nice not much of a selection to choose from though.
Hotel was very clean.
It had computers with internet for children for only 1 euro for 20 mins which is very cheap and come in good use.
Weather was very hot but sometimes not enough air bit closterphobic due to all mountains around.
No rush to get sunbeds theres plenty and sun does not come out til around noon so you can have a lie in alot more relaxing.
Hotel staff most the time friendly.
Entertainment absoultly rubbish nothing on reps not very encouraging to have fun very come day go day.
So we stuck to a irish bars and english bar which was very entertaining so no problem findin entertainment else where.
Would go back again had a good time great weather alot of things to do for adults and children enjoyable for whole family never felt bored even though there was not hotel entertainment you dont really need it.

There are a lots of stairs but you do have the avalability of using the lifts. The rooms where cleaned daily clean towels on a daily basis and also the bed sheets where changed regular. You have all facility's such as a TV but you do need to pay 15 Euro's a week to get more channels. There is a fridge a microwave a celing fan and there is also air conditioning that you have to pay for if you desire it. First impression of the apartment we was all very impressed. You also have a massive balcony with 2 sun beds on and also chairs and tables. We would recommend this holiday to couples or familes we stayed in the sun sutes. You do see the occasional cockroach but nothing to worry about. Very Mountainous resort. If you do go have a nice holiday like i previoulsy said you will have a great time.

The balcony on our apartment was big enough to accommodate 2 sun loungers, a table and 4 chairs, a clothes dryer with plenty of room left over to walk about and enjoy the views.
The large pool was cold but refreshing as the air temperature was in the 90's.
Although there was entertainment every evening, we did not take advantage as we went out every night so cannot comment on the standard of the shows.
It was less than a 10minute walk to the main town which we went to every night and had no need for a taxi.
Reps were not too friendly but the pool bar staff made up for this.
Would definitely visit again.

Cleanliness was great - the maids came almost every day to change linen/towels. HUGE balcony with sun loungers - you will not be disappointed here! Lovely big pool with plenty of sun lonugers. Great location, only a short walk to the centre.
We did have a problem with ants in our room but was quickly dealt with by the staff by providing a spray for us.

When we arrived the Reception was very helpfull. The sunsuites Royal are at the very top of the complex which is split in to three the bottom one is the terrazamar, middle terrazamar sunsuites, top terrazamar sunsuites Royal,Our Sunsuite was very nice ,one bedroom Lounge area ,bathroom with shower and Kitchin with kettle,toaster,Microwave/oven ect. As said the balcony is very big with table and chairs and three sun loungers.our bedroom had air condition in it cost 60 Euros for two weeks ,also safety deposit in room 30 euros but you got 15 back.
Two put up beds in lounge area ok but adults may find them not too good.Pools,There are three pools the one we used most is on the roof of the Sunsuites Royal its a queit pool with no music and no bar but very nice never had a problem getting a sun lounger.the other two pools have the entertanment round them and also seemed very good.
Entertainment. Was ok we found that it was very frendly in the bar of the bottom Terraza Mar happy hour 10pm till 11pm and fun and games with Disco Dave and Laura very good (also karaoke)This bar is british owend and all the staff are very frendly.Location,

Arrived at the Sun Suites early hours of the morning, very tired and just wanting to go to bed. Receptionist was very helpful and pointed us in the direction of our room. With suitcases dumped, time for bed and suprisling the single beds were a lot bigger than the standard UK size and they were very comfortable.
Got up after a couple of hours sleep to a lovely apartment, seperate lounge/diner and Kitchen with all the necessaties, fridge/freezer even microwave! And a HUGE balcony, I would say probably about the same size (square foot) as the apartment (well maybe a tiny little bit smaller) Lovely views over Peurto Rico, even had a partial view of the sea! There were 3 Pools within the complex one in the bottom part of the hotel, one on the top floor of the sun suites and the same on the sunsuites royal. I would say the one on at the sunsuites was the nicest, but if you weren't up there at 7 to reserve a sun lounger, you didn't have a chance in hell of getting one. We started using the the pool at the lowest part of the hotel and we never had any trouble getting one no matter what time of day we got there, the pool was slightly smaller (very slightly) and it still got all the sun that the top pool did, the food at this pool was also alot nicer with english people running it, they could at least understand what you wanted!
As for Peurto Rico, to be honest, two girls relaxing all week didn't really see much of it apart from at night, where we had some good nights out. Though a bit tacky (resembles of blackpool) there were alot more bars and clubs than I ever expected here. Can be a little expensive at times if you don't manage to take advantage of the happy hour discounts, but some lovely bars and clubs that are open right up until 7am. (Not that we stayed out that late, honest!! :-)) We also had some lovely meals within the town centre - a steak the size of your plate in one restuarant! A few looky looky men around every night, but to be fair if you kept walking and said no thanks they weren't that much hassle.
I would go back to Peurto Rico again and to the sunsuites, the only downside was on the last day, we booked a transfer with the hotel rep as it wasn't inclusive in our deal, we paid 60 euro's from the airport to the resort the rep only charged 40. But the transfer didn't turn up and the hotel really wasn't that interested in sorting it out for us until we begged them to call the rep (it was early hours of the morning) as neither of us had any cash left and as we paid for it already did not want to get more cash out. Principles and all that! They arranged a taxi for us over an hour and half later and it was a 40 min transfer to the airport. We literally had time to check in and board. As you can imagine a little frustrating in the early hours of the morning, worried about missing my flight and also not being able to take advantage of the duty free!!
