Food was buffet always cold and of very poor quality.
cleanliness was of a poor standard given the hotels four star rating.
Hotel staff were very very rude and not helpful during a crisis which occured at there hotel.
entertainment at the hotel consisted of the same three people everynight.
I would not reccomend this hotel to any british visitor ever.
I travelled with my fourteen year old daughter during our stay at the hotel she was harrased by a twenty three year old male who was constantly asked to leave her alone as she was only a child she was being harrased for sex, the outcome was staff and security sat by and did nothing which led to myself being assulted by this male.
All night i pleaded with a male receptionist to contact the police our rep and our consulate to be laughed at and told to leave the hotel and find another phone in the dead of night. The man involved was eventually arrested late the next day after standing at reception for a number of hours in a distressed state until police arrived. That man appears in front of las cristianos court today charged with harrassment and assault.
My stay at this hotel has left us very distressed and glad to be back in England. I have requested a full refund and have been passed around so many people it is unbeliveable, all i will do now is warn people not to visit this terrible place i will not stop until i get a full refund and an apology to the way we were treated this is only the begining
