Food was cheap and cheerful especially the light snacks in the day, entertainment was ok but entertainer tried very hard as resort was quite!!!
All reception staff were very helpful and freindly and security was great no noise after 12am manuel made sure of that lovely little spanish man, would defo go there again and would recommend it to anyone.

The entertainment was ok, we had the cleaner visit us twice during our week stay but were not giving any clean bed lining.

As soon as we arrived, the staff were very friendly and the apartment was very clean.Although when we first walked into the apartment, it was quite dark but as soon as the curtains were opened, the sun was shining through.
We had no problems with cockroaches whatsoever,we had maid service at least 3 times in the week, and the pool was spotless. The food downstairs was very good and the service provided was excellent. I would definately return.

Overall it was fairly clean. Bathroom was looking a little tired and in need of a refit.
The food was good and cheap.
The staff were ok and moved us to a better location after we did not like our first apartment.
It was downhill to the beach about 10 minutes.
Swimming pool very clean plenty of sunbeds.

I found all the staff to be lovely and helpful. The bar and restaurant were good, they did a great English breakfast. Only seen entertainment once as it lasted all of half an hour.
I felt the apartments were a little to out of the way for me, the centre and beach was easy a 10 minute walk - a sleep hill on the way back! I prefer to be a bit nearer.
I probably wouldn't go again though, I think there must be nicer and more centrally located apartments than these.

We were all so disapointed with the attitudes of the staff towards us. They were really against us having a good time. On several occasions we were threatened with police interference and we were told off several times like we were school children. We were in no way rude or any more noisy then people normally are when on holiday. We would never go back as the abuse we had to tolerate was appauling.
The appartments were lovely and the food was great though and it is a shame that the whole holiday was spoilt with the actions of the staff.
We certainly will never go back there and we will all be writing letters of complaint expressing our disgust of the holiday.

Whilst I appreciate people want to enjoy themselves I think it is inconsiderate for guests to sit round shouting to each other till 3 in the morning.
