1st class hotel,location,staff,cleanliness but having stayed there on 3 previous occasions at what we thought was a child free hotel we were disappointed to find lots of them noisy children and parents not we may add British but Spanish and Russian.The food was not as good as the first 2 years often cold they don t know how to boil eggs or make tea with boiling water.having said that I love the place plenty of bars nearby a short walk to centre of Playa de las Americas.
Having said all that the hotel is one of the best hotels i have stayed at if you want clean sheets every day towels changed twice a day champagne and fruit on arrival treats during stay wonderful spa go tomorrow.
