Location
Must concur with previous observations about the dining room and the food. Due to it's size it's not uncommon to spend ages wandering around looking for a table before approaching a very limited 'buffet', (although you're not allowed to help yourself). We ate there twice out of seven days as we were struggling to find anything decent on the menu, and we're certainly not 'picky'.
Why don't these hotels take a leaf out of Flamingo Oasis's book when it comes to quality?
The hotel's saving grace is the location which is excellent but not enough to tempt me back.

I was woken up every morning to men tearing up the carpet and banging! Were on holiday to relax.
Food was ok, but fed up of the same meals every other day.
Entertainment was ok, but as im 21 it cramped my style.

These rooms contain twin beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, safety deposit box, Air Con,Heater, and TV with four English Channels (BBC World, Eurosport,Sky News, and CNN )They also have a bathroom and balcony, the doors also have electronic card locks the card also switches on the electric. The bar and lounge are large bright with plently of tables and good staff.
However what lets this hotel down is the dining room , the dining room is small and although the salad bar and sweet counter are good where it falls down is on the hot food buffet, there is no self service (except at breakfast).
This buffet is cramped, badly laid out and with very little choice. Also you have to stand in line at busy times to be seated. Would I return to this hotel? YES but only after changes to the dining room.

The reception staff are first class with nothing being too much trouble. The public rooms, bar, and ballroom are large with also great service from the staff, there is also a good sized pool and on my visit there was no trouble at all in getting sunbeds.
This hotel is mostly full board and were it is let down is the diningroom ,although the food is good there is not much of a choice. There can also be a wait at teatime to be seated although this was never more than 15 minutes. The dining room and buffet are still in the 70s mode.
The entertainment at this time of year also caters for the older crowd but they all told me that they enjoyed it and also this hotel tends to get a lot of repeat visits.Would I return to this hotel? yes, but only for a one week stay as the food would get repetitive.

The food was excellent. Location excellent too. Always able to get sunbed, but you still had the few sad Brits, who have to put towels on then go out and come back at lunch time, and find that they didn

Rooms were small but cleaned to a high standard every day by pleasent staff. Plenty of sun loungers so no early rise.
Hotel is located in a superb location right across the road from the Morgans Tavern which is a must night out. the only down side was the lack of decent entertainment but who cares.
