Had carefully watched past comments regarding this hotel.
The Hotel was super. Large clean rooms. Excellent service from very friendly staff. Food was OK... but we certainly didnt starve. I must say at least I could have a lie in and not miss breakfast, a thing you certainly can't do even in the poshest hotels in the UK.
Our teenage daughter and her freind had a great time and we relaxed knowing they could go off safely on there own. Would certainly consider going again next Feb 1/2 term.

We have just arrived back home from Benidorm. We are a family group of 5 with young children aged 5, 6 and 9. on arrival were very pleased to see Phil, or Matt as we knew him, as knew him from Salou 15 months ago and thought the entertainment by the Rodney James Piper Team was excellent and he was great with the children.
The hotel was of a very high standard, I have stayed in top hotels in London that were comparable but cost as much for 1 night as this did for a week. The staff were excellent and especially when our youngest had an accident they all rushed around to help and after that they all asked him how he was.
The children we very impressed with their own card and enjoyed going to the bar where they were treated with the same respect as the adults.
We would definately stay here again.

We stayed at the Flamingo recently in January for 2 weeks.
We were slightly concerned about our holiday after reading some of the comments on this site. However, when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and how spectacular the hotel was. As we were all inclusive, we visited the dining area morning, lunchtime and for our evening meals, which we found a great variety and good quality food. The room was spotless and Sojadar our maid was really pleasant.
Most evenings we were entertained by a very hard working group from Rodney James Piper Entertainment who worked constantly to make our holiday as enjoyable as possible. They took the time to learn our names and made us feel special. So thanks to Jill, Phil, Becky, Colin, Russ, Rachel and John for a fab time! Thanks to Colin for making our 4 year old Jacob think he was Bruce Lee, he is still talking about Colin.
Unfortunately we are still singing 'A Mouse Lives in a Windmill', which is one of the downsides.
We advise anyone to try this hotel as its a holiday we will never forget, for all the right reasons!
Cheers guys,
Paul, Jue and Jacob xx (Alias Marolyn and family)
