Hotel was clean and well presented, we were shown to the bar as we arrived early then taken to our room which was spacious and had a wonderful view.

The pool at the hotel was not very good as the sun only stayed on it for about 3 hours a day because of all the tall buildings around it.

The staff on reception were not very good with English but were friendly enough.

AI was excellent value for money.

Rooms cleaned daily with towel change and bed linen changed twice per week.

Been to hotel before and food greatly improved this year. Food was hot and plentiful with show cooking and carvery every night. New snack bar by sun deck was clean with plenty of variety of snacks. Eddie the resident singer/compere was excellent with all guests especially children.

Only downfall is location but we knew this before we went but would definitely go back.

We have stayed in this hotel before, and found on this visit that the hotel was a lot better. The hotel itself was clean, the food was hot with a good variety of dishes and the bars were well staffed with a good selection of drinks.

The entertainment in the hotel was good especially eddie who was the resident singer.

The location of the hotel is good, but cardiac hill was not as bad as it has been made out to be.

We would definately visit this hotel in the future.

Just got back we should have been in a nother amigos hotel but put in here I found the hotel very clean rooms were great. Beds changed twice a week, clean towels every day.

The food was great good choice and plenty of it. The hill was fine for us but my parents took it slow.

The staff were great too. The entertaiment was not that good I would use it a gain as you can go in any of the amigos hotels as we did on a night.

Just returned from a fantastic two week stay in this hotel. The standard of accomodation was fantastic, air con, confortable rooms without balconies. The all inclusive is unbeatable paticularly as you can use any of the other hotels in the group, this we did daily as we enjoyed the walk to the old town and used Crystal Park and Fenicia. We was very happy with Magic Rock Gardens, although English guests need to be aware that it is of predominently Spanish influence. I do not find this a problem as I find the Spanish very friendly. The entertainent is okay but lacks the english teams and the acts ted to come on after 11pm which is late for the children. I stayed in this hotel some nine years ago and again found it to be very enjoyable. Even cardiac hill was okay it makes you realise how unfit you are.

My only gripe is the lack of high chairs in the rsturant, this was evident in all the hotels why??

The hotel is very clean the towels changed every day and the sheets a couple of times during the week, but the food was poor, very repetitive mainly fish and chicken legs, chips and salad.

Everything was luke warm although there were microwaves if you wanted to warm it up. The dining room was opened from 8am to 10.30am for breakfast, but if you went in after 10am some mornings there was no bacon left, and in the evening some of the dishes ran out before the dining room closed, and the hotel was only half full goodness knows what it will be like in high season.

The entertainment was mediocre mainly bingo and karioke.

But what spoilt out holiday the most was one evening whilst we were out some-one entered our room and stole our digital camera and a gold chain. The room was not broken into and we had left it locked, and ours was not the only room that had items stolen from during the week. The doors are opened by a card, so there is some-one who has a card that will open any door, so please be wary and make sure you lock everything the safe.

We arrived mid afternoon after a 3 hour delay at Manchester.

As we arrived at the back door, finding reception to check in was a bit of a challenge, but having done so we were handed our keys andfound our rooms on the 8th floor without a problem.

The rooms were quite large, but without a balcony which didn't bother us. The windows were large and opened up fully giving us a view of the sun terrace and swimming pool and a little of the beach just 5 minutes away.

The food was very good and unlike the previous report was always hot. There was plenty of choice with numerous starters and main courses which would satisfy even the most fussy eater. If there was one complaint, it's that if the hotel was full the restaurant would not be large enough, as just for one day we were invaded by loads of Spaniards, it must have been a special occasion, and we found it really hard to find a table, and there were large queues outside waiting to get in, but apart from that everything was fine.

If you didn't want to eat in the restaurant during main meal times there is a really good snack bar on the sun terrace that was almost as good as the resteraunt itself, serving a variety of starters and main courses and and it's own bar of course.

The cleanliness of the hotel could not be faulted, and our rooms were cleaned to a high standard every morning with towels changed daily.

The hotel staff were very pleasant and obliging apart from a couple in the restaurant, but that didn't cause us any trouble.

The entertainment was a bit iffy, but Maria did a wonderful job trying to keep us amused in the music room, a pretty tough task considering there were only about 20 - 25 of us in there at best of times. But she did quizzes and bingo etc that turned out to be really funny, as she is quite scatterbrained, but in the nicest possible way.

We went on the Medieval Night excursion on our last night, which is included in the price, and had a wonderful time, with barbecue chicken, ribs, jacket potatoes etc and as much beer and sangria as you want.

There wasn't much really for the children to do as the childrens playground next to the pool was being renovated, but the did have access to the internet for a very reasonable cost ie 70p for half hour.

Although it is on a hill, the hotel is ony a 5 minute stroll to the beach and it isn't really that steep.
The main nightlife is about 15 minutes walk away just down the prom, but taxis are readily available and are reasonably cheap.

All in all we had a great week and wouldn't hesitate in returning, even the weather was good.
