Location
The people were very friendly.
The food was very good as I am a fussy eater.
You have to be quick for the lifts, the doors shut as soon as you get in them.
The staff were very helpful and friendly and you didn't have to fight over the sunbeds there were plenty even at 10.00am.
I would definitley go there again.

We booked this holiday on-line with Direct Holidays and were allocated a room on the 4th floor, so not so much time spent in lifts. The room had a decent-sized balcony overlooking the front of the hotel and Levante beach. The room-maids made sure our room was kept very clean and our towels were changed regularly.
Mainly older people use this hotel, so very little noise is heard.
We would come back here again and would recommend it to anyone.
PS - My Travel Airways messed up our flights, being delayed 12 hours outbound and 17 hours homebound, but we enjoyed our holiday none-the-less.

The reception staff are very helpful and obliging, always very cheerful and courteous, thanks again to Miguel. As usual the food at the hotel was to a very high standard, and we are very fussy people.
The dining staff are terrific,a special thank you to a smashing restuarant manager Roberto Lorenzo and an equal thank you to Juan Sanchez. Although this is one of Benidorms older hotels it is very welcoming and comfortable, one we shall return to again, as said in previous reports ,it is in an ideal position for beach and transport. Shops and clubs.
We could not find any fault at the Dalmatas ,so we highly recommend it to anyone who intends to visit.

Staff, particulaly in the restaurant, are first class. Food is very good, but, boring after a few days if you are on Full Board basis.
There are lots of pubs nearby, and as Los Dalmatos is at beach level anyone with walking difficulties should have no problem getting about. All in all we vote it 10/10

The food is of a good standard with plenty of choice and the hotel staff are pleasant and helpful.
The rooms are clean and bright with matching curtains and bedspreads, although certain areas are looking a bit dated now.
The location is excellent, although it is at the far end of the levante beach, it is a two minute walk away from the beach itself.
The entertainment consisted of bingo, flamenco shows and various artists that came in to perform, usually dancing girls, miming to music.
I would say the entertainment was the typical hotel type that you find abroad.
If I had a gripe about the hotel, it would be that furniture in the rooms is getting ready for refurbishment, especially the wardrobes, the sliding doors have been "knocked about" they are a pain to keep opening/closing and consequently they are noisy.
I will certainly be visiting this hotel again and regard it as a very good value for money hotel.

The position of the hotel is fantastic as you are minutes only from the lovely clean beach and if you are into McDonalds or Burger King then they are almost next door, can't comment on what they are like as we didn't use them.
Later on we realised that we needed more pillows and once again contacted reception and they were brought to us in no time at all.
The restaurant was lovely and clean and lots of food choices. My husband and son are vegetarians and I am vegan due to food allergies yet each evening we managed to have a good meal. Roberto The Head Waiter is excellent and once he found out that we were vegetarian he made a point each evening at pointing out what dishes were alright for us, he even offered to get the kitchen to make up something for us if nothing was suitable.
Whilst we were there they had a Mexican evening and on our last night they had some kind of celebration evening where we were given a liquor on our way in and the ladies offered a flower and the tables were all candle lit. It was lovely.
Because our departure time was early the restuarant was opened up earlier than usual to ensure that we could still have breakfast.
The swimming pool area was lovely with quite a large pool and lots of chairs/tables and sun beds around. It did appear that most of the time only the left hand side received the sun. Most days we were able to get a sunbed without having to rush down there too early but I think maybe in the height of summer it could be a different matter all together. There was a pool bar and the waiter very kindly made up a toastie for myself with no butter cheese or ham etc - think he thought it a bit strange someone just wanting tomato and onion and no butter but he did it anyone without it being a problem. Prices were all very reasonable, in fact we had bought a bottle of wine from the supermarket which had cost over 4 euros and we had to buy a corkscrew (which we lost) so we ordered a bottle from the bar with 2 glasses to take to our room and it cost around 6.95 euros (I think) and it was lovely.
Staff were very friendly and efficient, hotel was lovely and clean and the position couldn't be better. My only critiscm would be that sometimes the staff were too keen to clear your plates away.
Didn't get involved too much with the entertainment but what we did see was ok and they seemed to try their best.
One thing that could have made our holiday better is if there was a kids rep to provide some structured entertainment for the children, as our son loved swimming in the pool but other than that we did hear quite a lot of "I'm bored."
Excellent is all that I can say.
There is only one thing that

Found the hotel to be excellent.
Food was very good with a good variety.
The rooms were well cleaned every day we were there with the maids being very friendly and helpful.
The staff in all the areas were very friendly and courteous virtually all with an excellent level of English language.
We all got involved with the daily entertainment programme, mainly run by Raul, who was mad-cap and the main catalyst for our enjoyable holiday.
One advantage we found about the hotel was it's location with regards the beach/prom. . These are only 150yds away and with then main entertainment centre roughly 800yds away then you are well placed for convenience but far enough away for some P&Q.
Anybody being offered this hotel as part of a package should fear not. I'm certain you'll have a great time.

The room we were allocated was a disappointment it was very small. This was remedied next morning with a larger room with sea view and air conditioning.
Having stayed in many 3/4 star hotels in Spain we can honestly say this has to be our best yet for quality of food, always piping hot and a great selection to choose from.
The staff were very friendly and always cheerful.
The hotel was filled by a mixture of British, Spanish and French guests all of whom were very polite and friendly, no rowdies what so ever in this hotel which made for a very pleasant stay.
Cannot pass comment on entertainment as we went out at night

The dining room was very very small, with only two meals to choose from,we ate in the hotel only once, for the rest of the week we ate out,so full board was a waste of money.
Entertainment,what entertainment,o.k if your spanish!!!
