Location
The food is of a good standard and plenty of choice.
The location is a few minutes walk from the sea, but at the end of the Levante beach.
The staff are excellent, always helpful, curtious and speak perfect English.
The entertainment is the usual holiday bingo, flamenco and nothing to get excited about.
The hotel is now looking a bit dated and is ready for refurbishment, but it is no good having fancy curtains if the food is bad.
I would return to this hotel.

Rooms and staff coudn't be better. Have stayed in a lot of hotels in Benidorm and would class this as one of the best.

The location of the hotel was first class just on the edge of the resort near the beach if you wanted the bright lights it took only 10 minutes to walk into it on a night but four good pubs 100 yards from hotel.
Towels and room cleaned and changed daily, Plenty of coathangers in the large wardrobe we were on the 10 floor with a sea view as we requested we will be going back to this hotel again.

The lifts in the hotel were terrible there are only two for either odd floors or even floors we enjoyed it apart from the food choice .

I booked the hotel on the understanding of the air-conditioning being available, I was given several excuses why it wasn't working, this turned out to be unbearable consisdering the temperatures in June! In fact none of the pubic areas in the hotel had air con either.
The rooms are very small and although clean were dated, the furniture is out of the 50's very dark and dingy. You can hear very sound next door as there was a connecting door which doesn't help when your neighbour is rowdy.
Considering the large amount of British occupants only one channel on the television was in English and that was the news channel. The food is very average with not a lot of choice and considering how humid the hotel was it was silly the to have a dress code of long trousers for dinner. The lifts when arriving after waiting ages seemed very unsafe and small, for this reason we used the stairs.
Although the hotel boasts a sea view it was minimal in between other hotels. At the pool area it would probably be impossible to get a sunbed in mid summer. We holiday in Benidorm every year as it is a fantastic place however I will certainly NOT be returning to this hotel, yes it has some good qualities such as good location and some nice staff, however the faults outnumber these by far.
My husband and I are pretty easy going however we were very disappointed with this hotel, we stayed in the Pelicanos last year and considering that is a 3 star it is far superior in every aspect.

The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly (they are the Hotel's biggest asset).
I would rate the food at the hotel as much better than average but not great.
The decor and furniture of the our room was dated but it was fine.
We did not stay in the hotel in the evening and we therefore only saw a limited amount of the entertainment but that we did see was typical of the sort you find in hHotels almost everywhere no worse no better.
There is a problem with the lifts which are quite slow. However, it did not affect our holiday as we were on the first floor.
Overall a decent hotel that I would visit again.

The staff on reception and some of the waiters speak perfect English, along with Roberto Lorenzo, the head waiter.
The hotel is in a good position, 2 mins walk away from the Levante beach, near enough to the night life, but far enough away from the noise, but being at the end of the Levante beach makes it a long way to walk to the old town.
The food is very good, for choice, quality and presentation. The rooms are cleaned everyday with two clean bath towels and two hand towels replaced every day.Bed linen change every few days depending on length of stay.
The entertainment is the usual hotel type, bingo, a duo singing and various acts....we didn`t stay in the hotel, so can`t comment fully on the entertainment....just parts that we caught glimpses of.
I would never stay anywhere else (unless the standards dropped)if it`s not broken, why try and fix it.

The food was excellent, lots of choices, plenty of it. It was well cooked and presented. If you ate everything that was on offer you wouldn't fit into the lift.....
Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels every day also. We were on the 9th floor and had a wonderful view across the resort and the sea. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The pool at the hotel was well kept and clean, with a gardener constantly watering the flowers and plants. Loads of sun loungers and they were free !! There was nightly entertainment and a TV lounge.
Only one down side...There are only 4 lifts, 2 for even number floors and 2 for uneven numbers. They only held 6 people at any one time or 2 peope and 2 suitcases. But on saying that during the whole stay we only waited once for the lift for 10 minutes. Maybe difficult for people or children in wheelchairs.....

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who was visiting Benidorm - we couldn't fault any aspect of it at all.
It's in a great location, close enough to walk into the busy areas - but quiet enough if you want some peace and relaxation.

The food was lovely and there was a great choice at each meal.
The entertainment was the same dodgy stuff as every hotel but there were pubs right on the doorstep.
I would certainly go back in a flash. I
