We were on the 17th floor and had a great view of most of Benidorm. We also looked down on hotel Sol Pelicanos' swimming pool where they film "Benidorm".

Depends on preference.
Balcony overlooking pool... daytime sun, road traffic noise.
Balcony park side afternoon sun... bus stop, traffic noise.
Only 6 floors so not a high building for Benidorm.

Avoid!
If booking here ask for a room overlooking the pool and be prepared for rude staff!

Great wee beach at the bottom of the road and Vincent’s bar across the road for great karaoke.Bar staff excellent especially Duncan.Balcony not always guaranteed. The other hotels we visited were also welcoming and they had an outdoor pool. Cristal park and Villa Benidorm. Excellent.
We will return. ???

Are the club rooms worth the extra not in my opinion
Get a very high or very low floor, the middle is a nightmare for getting on the lifts.

Don't take anything valuable. They just tell you to use the safe. We had expensive make up and jewellery stolen...other people had clothing stolen...others money. Gonna need bigger safes!!!! Disgusting
Go somewhere else

take extra cash because the company didnt tell us about needing a deposit! we had to pay 150 euros per room when we got there, in cash, as they didnt accept credit or debit cards (even though they took these at the bar?!) and this left us short of cash.

If like me you are a light sleeper book a pool view room.
33% off drinks in the night club under the hotel, entry near the restaurant for hotel guests. Crissie Rock good comedienne (if you are broad minded).

we were advised not to use the alleyway at night from the main road to the apartments due to some muggings. needs to be better secured.

This was our first time to Benidorm and we both thought it was amazing ! The clubs/pubs in the Square were fantastic and we had a wicked time there. Pubs and clubs out with the Square also offered top class entertainment such as hypnotist shows and singing acts etc. I would definately go back to Benidorm and the only thing I would change is the length of time I stay from 1 week to 2 !

The resort is really nice and quiet there was some nice bars and restaurants with lovely food very cheap.
The beach was like a sandy bay really nice and clean there was a big market on Fridays a few English bars with entertainment, bingo, kareoke ect and the buses were every ten minutes into Benidorm for 1 euro the taxi back was 10 euro would go back to the resort but not Monika unless self catering

The resort was really nice! Just outside there was some bars, Home From Home being the nicest, served brilliant food and cheap beer! Further down from the Hotel there are a few shops and bars but nothing special all the shops consisting of holiday junk.
However when you get onto the main street just before the beach there are some really nice shops. Most stuff is really cheap too. You can only buy tobacco from the tobacco shops now not anywhere else as Spain is no smoking, but they are still cheap, so is alcohol.
The Square is a great place to visit, Linekars bar is good and the PR guy is a laugh! Jokers was alright seemed abit gloomy, other than that Champions was a good place to go.
The beach was really nice and cleaned every night we visited most nights and went for a day, however you have to go further up the beach, just down from the square as there is rocks in the sea near the hotel.
Would definately visit Benidorm again!

On the whole benidorm is reasonably clean. And what can I say about entertainment...there is something for everyone in Benidorm. Excellent resort.

The beach at Poniente was great. It is huge and clean and there are ample loungers for everyone. On our first day the gentleman who took care of the loungers warned us not to leave our beach bag lying exposed and not to carry too much money to the beach. We did not experience any problems with the pickpockets everyone was warning about but it was good that people are forewarned. We initially tried eating out at the Poniente end of town but ran out of places after 3 days - the Poniente Restaurante was good and the food piping hot. Would recommend this one. Would definitely NOT recommend the Manolo I. The waiter was rude and threw our cutlery onto the table, was surly when we advised we had not ordered garlic bread and did not want it - tried to overcharge us and got a fright when we spoke fluent Spanish. Not one I would recommend to anyone.
We found an absolute gem of a Bar/Restaurant called The Queens in the Old Town. We loved it. Wayne and Derek the hosts were welcoming to everyone (although someone did tell us it was a gay bar) as 2 females we loved it. Wayne (Levi) does a great Cabaret Show and if you are in Benidorm don't miss it - As for Elvis Presley - he's actually alive and living in Benidorm - just calls himself Derek D these days! Their act was superb and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Also at the Bar was Jenni Renn a comedienne who was great - another one not to miss. We ended up eating most of our food at The Queens and would recommend anything on their menu - we just worked our way through it. The Staff and atmosphere at this Bar made our holiday - Benidorm would not be the same without a visit here - we'll definitely be back visiting Wayne and Derek & Co. when next we come to Benidorm. A great holidays thanks to these guys.

It was my first time in benidorm and it certainly will not be my last.i have booked up again for the new year, we went for 2 weeks and i loved every minute of it,
the entertainment was fantastic, there was something for everyone (young,old.stags.hens.familys). most of the bars tell you whats on so if you dont like it or think its to dirty for the children you have plenty of choice to go somethere else, the beach is very clean although gets very packed

Awesome beaches, remember there are 3 in Benidorm not just the Levante. Walk through old town down to harbour and you have 2 beaches no wherenear busy.
Loads to do try Benidorm Palace. Have the meal, worth it for the free drinks alone.
Beaches always very clean. Try staying near the old town so you avoid the british in the new town and their attendant debris.

Benidorm was fantastic, the beaches are clean and well tended. There is so much entertainment you are spoiled for choice, we saw some brilliant acts, and we barely scratched the surface.
There are loads of shops and supermarkets for self catering and the prices are very good.
The streets are clean and also well tended.
We found the local people friendly and helpful.
