I loved this hotel, entertainment was brilliant!!:)
hotel very clean staff very helpfully and pleasant!!
Many activitys! lovely food as I was half board! Near the beach (not a very nice beach)!!Big pool!!
I most probably will be going there next year as I enjoyed it very much!

This hotel is one of the best Ive stayed it! We were two week half board, food was lovely, different every night!
Also we had use of self catering always which was great and a sitting room was like a lillte flat.
The pool was lovely its was massive! The hotel was huge as well! And kept very clean! The cleaners did a great job! Also entertainment was great all the entertainers Alfie,Darren,Angela,Laura,Ruth & Mickey all did a great job!
The hotel has its own pub,resturant & gym! We didnt use the resturant as we were have board! The staff worked there butts of and were all very helpfull! Made great food during the day!
Also theres a supermarket in the hotel! Which is fairly cheap we used it for juice, water, day time snacks its was great having a fridge to cool the juice down!
The only complaint is there wasnt enough storeage for clothes and you had to pay for the air conditioning!
I'd love to go back to the costa encantada! Its near the beach but we didnt use it as the beach isnt great!

Had a great time - stress free and a great place to relax. Conngratulation to all the children and their parents - very well mannered - delightful to see and not a rude child in sight - well done.
Hotel very clean and great staff. The nighttime security man was great and went out of his way to ensure that everything was in order - a lovely person who is truly a great ambassadoe for the complex.
Looking forward to a returen visit very soon

The hotel was excellent with superb facilities and amenities. Absolutely no faults to find. Will definately go back and intend to stay for two weeks this time!.

Hi,I only just got back from Costa Encantada on the 3.7.2004 and I had the time of my life. The hotel was clean and the pool was huge although I went self catering I did go to the restouront and the food was lovely.
I really enjoyed Costa Encantada and i would love to go again and I met some great friends who i am going to keep in touch with i whould recormend going to the resort I loved it!

the rooms are clean and quite roomy for a family of 5 the kitchen area well laid out with just about everything you need for cooking.We were on the 5th floor and although my heart was in my mouth regarding the kids on the balcony there is a rooftop patio accessible via a spiral staircase if you want to have more private sunbathing, bearing in mind there are other rooftop patios! I enjoyed this vast complex and although plenty of entertainment it became a little repeditive (BMW)5 euro for a polaroid photo with them a little expensive. I would advise against buying your child a football as i bought my youngest two and both "disappeared". Now onto Pub Nautilus an onsite bar which was very clean, but the alcohol and soft drinks a little more expensive than down town, Domingo the bar man would be the most unfriendly of the staff, never smiling and no conversation,little time for the kids, however the rest of the staff which includes the receptionists are very helpful indeed. If you have older kids try to go during the first weeks in July as there is events laid on for them.The pool area is exceptional and although it states on the brochures plenty of room no need to "book" sunbeds, I found during the first week in July there were people "booking" their beds from as early as 7am, and, if you go down after 830am you have little chance of getting a sunbed, apart from just a few gripes I would not hesitate going back to this complex.

The hotel is in two blocks we stayed in the main one. The reception area is large and clean, the reception staff all speak English and were friendly and helpful. There is a small supermarket attached to the reception area, which was not too expensive, it was open 7 days until 10pm. One of the bars and a seating area is just off the reception area.
Plenty of lifts to get you to your room which was one of the best I have stayed in. We had a one bed apartment that sleeps four ,The bedroom contains two single beds pushed together, and although the bedroom was small it was clean. Storage could be a problem for a family as the only wardrobe is in the bedroom , but it was ample for two, the lounge sofa forms another bed and there is a pull out bed underneath. Bedding is stored in the sofa.
The lounge/ kitchen area is clean and well thought out, fixed table with four chairs, full sized built in oven with grill, ceramic hob and a cooker hood, large fridge-freezer to save on shopping trips, even ice cube trays they really have thought of everything, there is a kettle and toaster and the cooking equipment was clean but I couldn

I'm a child and went to stay at the Costa encantada for a two week holiday while me and my family were looking for a holiday home in spain. We may not have found a house but it was the best holiday i had ever been on.
I'm 11 and have two older brothers and one younger sister who is nine. My brothers liked the arcades and the televisions in the room. My sister loved the childrens club and the discos.
But as i'm a keen swimmer i loved the indoor pool!!! I went in it for two hours every day.
Airtours are amazing. The trip was really fun and we had a trip to the chocolate factory which was really fun
The rooms were comfortable and it was quiet at night and in the day even though there were loads of other people staying there.
All the people could speak english and it was very usefull.

This was my sons first holiday abroad and I thought that as we went April 2006, just outside of when the season started that there would be not a great deal to do, how wrong was I !!
To be honest this has now spoiled him, we will have to go a long way to beat this hotel. My son first word when we walked into the room was WOW! We stayed in a 2 Bed self catering room which i must say was absolutely fantastic.
The 2 bedrooms were a great size with 2 bathrooms it did make things easier in the morning. the living area was of a very good size too. The hotel itself was spotless, the we had clean towels daily, clean bedding once in the week.
The staff were 100% freindly and would help you at any time of the day and night. This is deffinately the best hotel I have ever been in when traveling abroad.
The only criticism I do have would be I would like to see more locks on the windows and doors in the room, only because the morning we were due to leave to come home a lady in the room next door to us woke up to find a man in her room. He stole her hand bag. He got in through the balcony doors, how I will never know as we were on the 2nd floor.
It was a very scary experience for me and my son. I can not imagine how that lady felt.
