I visited this hotel with my partner and my 12 month old son having never been abroad before and after leaving it made me never want to go abroad again!!

The staff were very friendly and kind and had no trouble helping if you had any problems. Our rep was also very good in answering any questions that we had although we only saw her once a week!

I would not recommend going on the tour to Barcelona with your tour rep as this was very over priced. Me and my partner went and it cost about 98 euros which is a lot to spend on one day and we only spent one hour in Barcelona centre but even this was an hour to much as it was awful. The rest of the time we were on the coach sightseeing which is hard keeping an 12mth old amused on a coach!

Back to the hotel, the hotel was very clean and bed linen and towels were changed regularly!

The food in my opinion was absolutely awful, we paid for half board and i hardly saw any English food on the menu. I understand that they have to cater for everyone but all the food was geared for the French and German. Please tell me who eats vegetables for breakfast!!!! We ate out everyday which cost a lot considering we paid to go half board. There was nothing whatsoever for my little boy to eat and he hardly ate anything all holiday. The only thing he would eat were bananas and they wouldn't let him take one out of the dining room to have during the day, pathetic really!!!

We went for 2 weeks and I was ready to go home after 1. The holiday itself cost over

The hotel was excellent, centrally located and close to all amenities. We booked this as a late deal and were very pleased with all aspects of the holiday. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were always polite and helpful. The swimming pool area would benefit from some more umbrellas - you needed to be up before 7.55 am to ensure getting a sun- bed. The food for both breakfast and evening meal was superb - a wide and varied choice was on offer each day. Overall we had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday and would have no hesitation in returning to or recommending this hotel.

Hotel Europa Park is situated near the centre of Salou.
You are near to everything: the beach, the bars, the dancings,...
The staff at the reception is multilingual, they even speak Dutch.
The swimmingpool area is very noisy, due to the highway that passes nearby.
Entertainment is meant for older people.
The food is very good: great breakfast with all kinds of things: eggs, baked beans, bacon, yoghurt, fress fruit,... Dinner is very varied with one of the best paellas I've ever eaten, meat that is freshly cooked in front of you.

We all thought the Hotel was great.

It was very clean, the staff were pleasant and helpful.

The location couldn't have been any better. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and within walking distance of the theme park which was great (as was the water park).

We all thought the food was fairly good. We have just booked up to go back to the hotel in August 2005.

We just got back home after staying in this Hotel. on first impressions we were impressed with the Hotel in general and things got better in all departments as the holiday went on.
The chefs catered for a wide range of nationalities, not always to our liking but always to a high standard.
Entertainment was mainly aimed towards older people on an evening but with plenty of bars nearby this was never a problem for us, we would recommend the Titanic bar which is a two minuite walk, the staff were great and the entertainment made a good night out. Plenty to do during the day with Port Aventura and the beach being no more than a ten minuite walk away and go Kart track a five minuite taxi ride. We would highly recommend Port Avwntura even for those who are not fans of theme parks as there is plenty to do there anyway.
All in all we have had a fantastic two week holiday and would highly recommend the H10 Europa Park Hotel to everybody.

This hotel is lovely, however the food is the worst I have ever had in a hotel, my kids would not eat and we had to spend a lot of money eating out, even though we were half board. My family dont expect British when abroad but this food was disgusting, would not feed it to my dog if I had one. Pool is quite deep, 1.5metres at edge and only gets deeper, I am 5ft 3 and could not touch the bottom. No inflatables in big pool, only kids pool. Entertainment was diabolical, old time dancing every night, I had my 75 year nana with us and even she got fed up with it, Brilliant location for everything, shame about everything else. This hotel does not cater for Brits, families or any one under 50.The Old Brown Cow next to Robin Hood is well worth a visit for food, specials every day and reasonable

Hi stayed there june 2004 and was very impressed overall with the hotel.Very clean except the room i could complain a little about as floor got dusty and hairs lying around and never seemed to get swept up properly.

Quite a lot of people on here are complaining about food but i wouldn't say it was that bad i always saw something i would like to eat, sometimes it was a little cold tho if the hot plate hadn't been replaced for a while and nearly every night i had to go and ask a waitress to be served for drinks wich i thought was really bad as they could see you eating and you don't have a drink yet. Also if you went in later for your meal the tables weren't set for you and you again had to go and ask for a table to be set.

hotel location was good in the way that you weren't beside noisy pubs and clubs for nights but you are next to the main road into salou so it can be noisy during the day.

Entertainment was good for about 4 nights out of the 2 weeks i was there.well im in 20s anyway so didn't expect to like it that much. All older folk seemed to love it.

And...yes i would go back to this hotel because once you have walked around salou and seen some of the other hotels it made me realise what a good hotel i had got. Some were very run down looking, very near noisy night life,or really nice but out the way from everything so you would have to walk a fair bit.
