Stayed for a week and had a great time.
Location was great as only ten mins from resort centre but for enough away for a quiet time at night. Cleanliness was fantastic and was impressed by Solarium.
Food was disappointing but what hotel food isn't after a couple of days!!!
Titanic pub close by is excellent for food and entertainment.

We stayed at this hotel for a week and have to say that i have never stayed in such a nice hotel.
The rooms were lovely and clean. We had a room at the front of the hotel and were never bothered with noise from the road or the small building work across the way.
The location was great, only a 10min walk up to the theme park and 10min into Salou.
Enjoyed the entertainment at night and the bar in the hotel was lovely. Food in the hotel was nice. I'm quite a fussy eater but still managed to find something to eat. The snack bar during the day does some lovely meals too.
Found the airtours rep, Dave to be very helpful and was always there at the times that were shown.
I would reccomend this hotel for anyone looking for a good quality hotel in Salou.

Stayed at h10 Salauris Palace in Salou for 2 weeks.
The hotel is very clean and the staff was always pleasant.
The food was alright but by the second week became a bit repetitive.
Pool area is very nice but the tiles around the pool became slippy when wet.
Plenty to do for the kids,staff at hotel always tried to get them involved in games.
Entertainment was good always something different every night.. we would go back to this hotel again.

The hotel is fab!!! Would highly recommend it! The rooms are a good size and are cleaned daily and towels changed daily! All other areas of the hotel are kept clean also.
The food is good with reasonable variety! Breakfast is cereal, bread, croissants , fruit and a hot selection.
Dinner generally consisted of salads, chips, potatos or pasta. a meat selection - fish, pork, veal or turkey and a range of salads.
The pool bar area also serves food during the day - toasties, pizza, chips, burgers etc
Location is great - 10 mins to the beach and shopping area and 5-10 min to the theme park and caribe water park.
Staff mostly spoke good English and were friendly
Entertainment by the pool during the day with water polo, darts, ping pong etc and enterteinment at night - music , acts etc - good fun for all.
Would definately stay here again and would recommend for all!!

We stayed at Salauris Palace for a fortnight and couldn't fault it the hotel is in a good location 10mins from beach and 10mins from portaventura.The rooms and other areas of the hotel were spotless towels changed every day.All the staff were friendly.Food and entertainment were good,on Friday mornings they have inflatables in pool which were a slide a mat to climb from one side of the pool to the other and a small pirate ship.Lovely indoor pool with jacuzzi,steam room and sauna, gym and rooftop

Went to Salauris Palace early July and met up with our Friends and their families. We all had an excellent stay at the hotel.
Location is very good - 10 Mins to Park or Beach. Some building works about 200m from front view of hotel but not a problem.
Reception very friendly and spoke good English. Cleaning staff pleasant and worked very hard at keeping the hotel spotless - An army every morning.
Food was good and could always find something to please most people - The hot breakfast bar for omelets etc was very good. The service in the inside bar at was poor at times - too little staff - We eventually used the waiter service all the time who were pleasant. Spirits a bit pricey at 4.50

Party of 21 age from 13 to 68 average age 35.
Hotel is definitley not a 4 star!
Understaffed, service at bar and pool side diabolical.
Had to fight for sun beds everyday, brits turned into germans with the towels on the beds at 6 in the morning.
If you like pork or veal every day for meals your in heaven!!!Food was discusting.
One good thing in this hotel was free air contioning and free safe deposit box, and rooms were of good standard, pity we cannot say the same about the cleaning.
Hotel was a good 15 min from beach and night life, if you can call it night life.
Hotel is definitley not a 4 star!

Stayed here 23rd July for two weeks.
Good location for Salou and theme park. Food good for breakfast but evening meal was awful.
Not enough sun beds at the pool and no gardens.
Staff in the indoor bar and restaurant were grumpy. Cleaning staff were very pleasant and rooms spotless. Very good food and entertainment down the road in the Titanic bar. Had an ok holiday but would be bored if not for the brilliant theme park.
I would not choose this hotel again because of poor evening meals and unpleasant staff.

The hotel was spotless, staffs were great and had a laugh with them and food was ok. Though we did get fed up with it on our 2nd week and ate out a few times.

Had a great time at this hotel, rooms were spotless, cleaned daily, clean towels daily. Good food but did get fed up after first week. You can however, if staying half board, ask for a packed lunch instead of evening meal, if want to. Hotel in ideal location, 10 minutes from Port Aventura and 10 minutes from beach. Hotel staff are friendly, and always willing to help.
Would definately stay at this hotel again if holidaying in Salou. My three sons also had a great time at this hotel, hardly seen them after initial 4 days.
