We visited hotel h10 salauris palace last year for two weeks and found it was the cleanest hotel we have ever been to (even though we've travelled to many countries!)

The food was okay (if you like vegetables for breakfast!) some staff were very pleasent while many were moody and always sulking.

I will not return here again as I found it was a waste of money!

I could not fault the cleanliness of this hotel in any way. Our room was cleaned every day, and towels were changed daily if you wanted them.
There was a wide range of food and although it was not always piping hot there is a microwave available to use in the restaurant.
The hotel is in a good location 15 mins walk from Port Aventura/Costa Caribe and about 10 mins from the beach.
The entertainment usually did not start till 10pm but they did do a mini disco for children at 9pm which lasted about 30 mins. The entertainment included live bands, brazilian show, mexican show and even magicians.
This is the second time I have been to this hotel haven been there in July 2003.
Overall this hotel is excellent and I shall definately be returning to it.

My husband, daughter aged 10 years and myself stayed at this hotel the last week in July. The hotel was immaculately clean, we couldn't fault it. Our room was also spotlessly clean with a fantastic view of the Port Aventura theme park which was about a fifteen minute walk away. This is the closest hotel to the theme park (apart from the actual theme park hotels). It is also on the outskirts of Salou so it didn't feel too enclosed by other buildings. The restaurant was well run with plenty of choices for different tastes. They had a special children's bar which served traditional English foods such as fishfingers, sausages, chicken drumsticks and chips as well as pasta, rice etc. Even though it was the school summer holidays, the restaurant was never really busy, no queueing. The staff were friendly, pool was really clean, we'd definitely come here again!

We took our nearly 3 year old daughter for a weeks holiday and had a great time. It is a lovely hotel and the cleanliness and efficiency of the staff were faultless. The variety of the food was very good, something for everyone (even a fussy toddler).
We had a lovely time and would recommend this hotel.

Just returned afer one week. The hotel is a 4* my main complaint was the food, plenty of choice but didnt favour english guests i wasnt keen on carrots/sweetcorn for breakfast...If wanting hot food had to queue ( and when there was over 200 people in the hotel this was not quick) and unless it was cooked at that minute all the hot food was cold by the time you got it. Breakfast started at 7.30 and as we were leaving early that day were the first ones in at that time all the food was cold including the hot water for tea. We paid for half board but only had 3 breakfasts and 2 evening meals there. We are not people who go solely for english food but what i do expect is hot food when it is supposed to be hot anything else is not acceptable. Our rooms were cleaned very well for the first 3 days and after that all that was done was that the beds were made. Needless to say we did complain about both things. All the staff are very smartly dressed but a waiter serving at the pool bar in a dinner suit really isnt neccessary. If you want a 4* hotel for looks alone this is a good choice. I have had better meals in a 2*

We have visited this hotel twice and have found it an excellent base for a fun family holiday. It had a very central location to the beach, the town and Port Aventura. One could not fault the cleanliness. Your room was cleaned every day with fresh linen provided. The food was plentiful and reasonably varied with kids choice available. The staff were very friendly, helpful and were able to deal efficiently in a crisis. The entertainment was quite varied but began quite late. However there was a children's disco to keep the kids amused beforehand. The pool was large enough to accommodate everyone with a waterfall feature and was also kept very clean. Overall we had a really enjoyable holiday at Salauris Palace and would return again in the future.
