This hotel is certainly impressive! Reception was clean, and staff very helpful. Food was good with a large selection at all meal times. The bar staff where great always serving with a smile and very helpful.
All Inclusive guests werent pushed to one side in order to serve paying guests. The selection available on the all inclusive was fantastic as well.
The outdoor pool was lovely, although alittle cold!. There's a water slide and waterfall.
The hotel room was average but had all the facilities needed. It was kept exceptionally clean as was the whole hotel.
I would highly recommend this hotel. I am in the process of arranging to go there again!!

The room was immaculate and very spacious with a nice balcony over looking the pool and gardens. the maids came daily and provided fresh towels each day. We cannot fault the room or the maid service.
Meals were buffet style and there was plenty to choose from, we had absolutley no complaints in this area.
During mealtimes drinks were served from a small bar in the corner of the restaurant.
Drinks were also served at the other 2 bars in the main building and we did not have too many problems being served when it was busy. Although we did find most of the bar staff lacking in the smile department. This is something that could be improved on.
Entertainment was ok but not to our taste, however this would depend on what type of entertainment you like.
We had a lovely week in a gorgeous hotel and we would be very happy to holiday again there in the future.

Indoor pool was ok ( just a bit small) and they even tried outdoor pool.
Nice food, perfect location and friendly staff.

Bar staff allways friendly and pleasant good selection of drinks as we stayed all inclusive.
Good selection of food and a chef cooking fresh meat and fish on the griddle if there was nothing you fancied from the main selection.
We arrived at 10.30am and our room was ready it was clean and overlooked the pool and the sea with a decent sized balcony which got the morning sun.
The cafe bar at the front of the hotel was busy but you never waited very long for a drink and it didn't make any difference if you were all inclusive or not you were served in order which makes it unusual as it's normally paying customers first.
This is a step up from the usual run of the mill 4* spanish hotel and would have no hesitation going back again.
Hope this helps but my cup of tea may be different to yours.

The hotel itself cannot really be faulted, It was clean, was run efficiently and all of the staff were really pleasent.
There were two bars open while we were there, both of which served drinks to the 'all inclusive' customers.
The hotel food was as you would expect, buffet style. There was a large range of freshly prepared food available. It would be difficult for the hotel to vary the variety of food.
More or less every day there was a couple beef dishes, pork dishes, chicken, fish and some dishes for children such as chicken nuggets. Yes they did serve chips every day but alongside new potatoes, small baked potatoes, sliced potatoes cooked with onion in olive oil. So if your children have chips every day that is hardly the hotels fault. There was a large salad counter with a good selection of cold meats. During our stay we had a seafood night (all the prawns and crayfish etc you could eat - heaven!). There were many other items on the menu.
Why anyone would want to eat between meals is beyond me, so only being able to get crisps and ice cream from the bar was certainly no hardship for us.
To say we went out of season the entertainment was reasonably good.
So thats it for the hotel, Lovely hotel, reasonably good food and the hotel was in a really good spot being only 80 mtrs or so from the beach and a few shops.
If you want clubs and disco's your in the wrong place.
We go abroad 2 or 3 times a year and will certainly be going back to this hotel.

We arrived at the Palas Pineda at 2330hrs, on arrival the taxi driver advised us that we had come to the best hotel in the area and we had to agree the building did look impressive.
The reception staff appeared to be friendly but wouldn

It was impossible to get served after 11pm( hard work trying after 10.30) as the entertainment was directed at the Spanish pensioners holidaying at the same time we tried to join in but try as we might old time dancing was not on the agenda for this loony London crew.
We took ourselves off to a nearby bar which was great fun, if not a little expensive. (we had paid all inclusive to keep cost of partying down)
Had a great time !!!!

Loads of space, Very Clean, the maids cleaned everyday, fresh towels every day. I cant fault this hotel. the staff were exceptionally friendly and were brilliant to our 3 children all under 5.
The kids club was fab a special mention to Petra the lady who runs the entertainment she was brilliant with the children and went out of her way to make their holiday special.
The location of Palas is great, buses are easily accessible and the staff at reception are always willing to help with any queries.
If you have small children or are a family try this hotel it is worth it. The food was varied and my normally fussy children ate and ate.
