This was my 3rd visit to the Abou Sofiane. Every part of every holiday was Superb! Going again this October.

When I went I was only 15 but it was the most amazing place I have ever been.
The location was brilliant because it was practically on the beach and it was only a short walk to the shops and there was always taxis waiting out side.
I thought the food was lovely there was always a selection of food every day the staff was amazing as well always there to help you if needed as well as the cleaners they always did a good job.
I think if people slate this hotel they are ungrateful it was one of the best experiences I ever had on a holiday.

OCCIDENTAL ALLEGRO RESORT ABOU SOFIANE & RIVIERA
(I dont know where Carribean Village comes from)
THE HOTEL
This is a decent hotel but it is starting to show its age in parts (there were renovations on going when we were there in March 04 nothing intrusive).
The resort consist of 2 hotels the Abou Sofiane and The Riviera. The Riviera is the higher star rating and its indoor public areas a bit more plush, however the Abou has the better location next to the beach, more activities and a better external pool area. The hotels are about a 30 min walk either via the beach or by road from the centre of Port El Kantaoui You can change your money at the hotel but only
