Beach was a building site and nearly non-existant so visited only once.
Would not choose this resort if you are a couple, not enough to do outside of the hotel, as its in the middle of nowhere.
You could take a taxi to Antalyia, which we did once, but going all inclusive you dont really expect to be spending that much money outside of your hotel.
Sorry to ay that overall out of 5, would only score this resort as 1.

Nothing there, nothing to do, and the whole area looks like the cross between a bomb site and a prisoner of war camp.

The resort lacked any sort of bars or entertainment to go to when needing to get away from the poor entertainment in the hotel for an hour or two. I found it dirty but that was a lot to do with the new hotels being erected and at the end of the day it does have an effect on your outlook and enjoyment. The beach was dirty sand with the building site and workmens tents almost encroaching onto it. The bus service to and from Alanya is spot on and cheap so at least you can get away from Kanakli and have some prime time there.

Konakli was a Rip Off where you are constantly hassled to buy cheap rubbish. The beach was poor and dirty.Entertainment consisted mainly of one disco and bars.
Would definately never visit this resort again

Konalfi is small town built up around hotels so not much culture etc. Shopping good thought like all of turkey not much originality which makes bartering easy - even if you reallyl ike an item, if you can't get it at the price you like move onto next shop and start again.

Much the same as the hotel. The resort area is a dump, it is in the middle of nowhere.
There were apparently free busses from the hotel but when we tried to use them, we were told that there weren't enough people and the bus was cancelled. Alanya might be only a few Lira on a bus. I haven't used a bus in England since I was 17, taxi's were £10 each way to Alanya, if you bartered.
To get to Konakli you had to walk across unmade tracks to the main road, past a farm. The smell was so bad, my partner was violently ill. The main road was a bit like the M1 crossing it was like playing 'frogger' There is a subway if you travel far enough, but you have then to pass the man trying to get you to pay him to have your photo taken sat on a camel.
The people in Konakli were very friendly but there didn't appear to be anywhere to go for a drink or a meal. It was just full of shops.
All in all, Konakli is between Alanya and nowhere, its mainly residential and farming. I would not define Konlaki as a resort at all its a piece of land, just off the main road. Someday it might be very nice, but I think that is a few years down the line, pity.
I could say a lot more but I don't want to put anyone off.

Miles from anywhere, filthy it felt unsafe at night.

The resort itself was clean and tidy.
The less said about the entertainment crew the better.
They tried hard but it just didn't work.
Beach was ok, but be careful of tar deposits ending up on clothes and skin. Don't dive off the pier.
Jetskis and parasailing available, but shop around.

i found the resort quite smelly and dirty but we were told that this resort wasn't very "touristy" before we booked so we half expected it. didnt think it would be that bad though. the town was very small and quiet. it had some bars but it wasn't safe to go there at night time for the risk of being mugged so we were stuck in the hotel every night. as a result of this we didnt get to try out the resort entertainment. the beach was filthy with tar all over the place. half way throught the week we found out that a strong chemical smelling rag near the gate was to wipe the tar off your feet! it stained my daughters clothes. we only went down there once and avoided it after that.
after the first day when we found out how bad the resort was we tried out the bus journey into alanya. it was lovely there and kleopatra beach was very nice. we went there a couple of times for the beach and the market.
i would visit the resort again but in a few years when it is a bit more modern and full.
