The hotel provides towels for the beach etc but if you lose one they charge 10E, we had one STOLEN from our ground floor balcony when put out to dry and when we informed reception we were told we would have to pay. When I tried to explain my point as everyone leaves towels on their balcony I was referred to the Fulya Hotel 'Guest Services' who said I would still have to pay after strong objections I had to write a statement - which was later lost- and had to repeat the experience at the time of checkout. I was made to feel like a liar and this was a real low point in our holiday as it did not feel like a service.
Although probably around 2000 guests in the hotel, we were informed by our rep that only around 150 were British. We did not particularly want to spend time with Brits but it was quite isolating, we went 3 days without hearing any other English speaking guests.
The resort itself was beautiful not a concrete jungle like some resorts and was very lush and green with lots of lovely plants and flowers. It was also very clean, the cleaners were great and no matter what time we got up the room was clean and the minibar stocked when we returned.
Most of the shows were in German - think of the TV programme Playaway from the 80's in German and this is close to what its like, we steered clear after one.
The Aqua Park is smaller than we thought but the kids loved it and it was very clean although at 10am when it opens - even if you have queued - the Germans and Russians push past to get a sunlounger, we stared on in disbelief as men actually swam and ran through the pool to reach a desired sunlounger - absolute madness but hilarious viewing, we just couldn't be bothered!
The resort has many toilets and also has showers and taps to rinse the sand off when you come off the beach, this was a great idea. All were spotless.
My main complaint would be food, it was aimed at the German guests and there was an abundance of chips, hotdogs etc. In addition there was a lot of repetition and by Day 5 of our 2 week holiday we were thoroughly bored with it and no longer looked forward to mealtimes. I would advise against the Turkish restaurant as we really wanted to try authentic Turkish food but it was exactly the same as the everyday buffet.
I thoroughly recommend the Chinese which was waiter service and although had limited choice was tasty and a welcome change. In addition the service was outstanding and this was the only place we tipped due to excellent service. The views of the sun setting whilst we were eating were also fantastic.
The bars etc round the complex are great, we found the atmosphere at the Dragon Beer and Wine bar excellent and the scenery is very nice.
The shops in the hotel are quite expensive but there are alarge number of little shops within a 5 minute walk where you can pick up some great bargains.
We booked a trip through the tour operator but found the same trip at these shops for

Well I can honestly say that the Kamelya World Village has to be one of the cleaness places that I have visited. Kamelya world itself is amazing especially at night. The entertainment team work hard to keep everyone entertained even if a lot of the time this is in German. I would recommend that you check out GREASE.
Waterpark great for kids of all ages, and if you don't want to be disturb by children playing in the pool there is a pool for 16 years and over.
We all had a great time.

We stayed at the Fulya 4* The rooms, well we had 2 rooms 3417/18 what a difference. 3417 was at the corner of the building it was very big and spacious the other was very tiny with 3 beds in it so was a bit cramped but you only sleep in it. Air conditioning was very good but seemed to be a few power cuts during the night. Towels and linen changed everyday and the maids were very good. A free safe in the room and you also get a card to exchange for a free beach towel you could exchange when dirty.
The food was very good although chicken and veal basically everyday but cooked different ways so was fine, you could also have burgers chips salad etc so there was always something to eat and it was very nice. Snacks the whole day basically over the complex.
The swimming pools are everywhere I think they had overall about 8 plus an Aqua park, we never had any problem getting a sunbed everyday as there was that many.
Whole complex is spotless and they have an abundance of staff always cleaning. 2 bars on the beach (1 a beer & wine bar only no spirits) the other bar had this plus spirits. Also water sports we went on the jet-skies 45mill (

With the Nazar Bar open until 6/8 in the morning there is only 2 hrs a day when you can't get a drink. However if you are desperate the wine barrels in the restaurant have wine in them at breakfast and there is all ways the 3 cans of beer in your mini fridge which is restocked every day. (3 beer, 3 fizzy water,2 coke, 2 fanta orange and three bottles of still water)
We had 7 in our party. Our friends and their daughter had a very small room, with little storage space, but as they say all you are going to do is wash and sleep in it. We on the other hand have 2 large boys and were amazed to find we had a 2 bedroom apartment with entrance hall and plenty of room for clothes, suitcases, and inflatables.
Cleanliness was excellent and quick. Our room was cleaned most days before 12. My pyjamas all ways arranged in a fan shape, and when my sons pj's were gone she arranged his t-shirt which he had left on the floor. There is a notice on the shower room wall asking you to try and use your towels more than once and when you did want them changed to leave them on the floor. However when we tried to hang them up so they were not changed the maid changed them anyway. On our middle weekend we went back to the room to find flowers arranged on the bed.A nice touch we thought.
The hotel food was abundant. If you were careful you could have something different every day. There were fresh fried eggs every morning along with omellettes, buns and bagels, plenty of different cereals, boiled eggs, sausages, and cold meats.
Lunches could be taken in the various bars throughout the village, but not the Selin and Fulya. Each bar doing something different (apart from the chips except the beach bar which did pasta instead)
Main evening meals were talen in the Lalezar restaurant. There was all ways a good selection to choose from. Some weird, Some plain. (one night I feasted on plain boiled potatoes. A treat for me as my family wont eat them.)The dessert bar was very varied. Fresh fruit, ice-cream, and various gateaus being the main frame.
We could have got into all the speciality restaurants, but suggest you book on the day of arrival, as the village, being the smallest of the 3 gets less allocations. they were all very good, but we highly recommend The Chinese as the food was fantastic and the service was brilliant. Girls, if you have long hair, tie it up in a pony tail before you go to the chinese, one of the waiters there will do it up with chop sticks.
There are plenty of juice bars throughout the complex offering help yourself orange, lemon, ice-tea and water, all nicely cooled.
The Village is quite a trek from the beach, and its all uphill on the way back. However, with 2 bars on the beach both serving food the walk only has to be done once a day.And there are plenty of watering holes on the way back.
The staff, for the most part, are all very friendly, and most of the bar men think they are Tom Cruise, juggling bottles and glasses.
The entertainment, I cannot say too much about. However I didn't hear any complaints while we were therr and the Kiddy Club seemed well attendad.
Overall, It is somewhere I would go back to and know of several families who were on their second visit ther while we were there.

Restaurant good but a little formal. Second holiday we were in the village room still very small but a lot better with a young child. Everywhere quite clean, food good unless your very fussy husband enjoys the archery.
Miniclub the first year granddaughter did not like much ther is a lot of German and Russians but it adds to the interest. Second time she loved it and hardly saw her for two weeks!

The hotel was beautifully lit at night and in mint condition very clean.
The hotel staff are friendly but never spoke English only one and she was hard to understand at times.
There is a mixture of different restaurants on the complex 4 in total Chinese, Italian, seafood and Turkish..which these are limited to 1 visit per week so you have to book up straight away when you arrive or you might not get a table. In the hotel Selin the food was good but it mainly catered for Germans so don`t expect much English food. The display was really good, every other day the waiter would cut up melons and other bits of food and make lovely decorations with them....Ohh and the cakes are to dye for Mmmmmmmmm.
The pools outside are extremely clean and are very big, there is snack bars on either side of the pool which serves a variety of snacks and cold drinks that will probably be the same for the other hotels on this complex.
There is also a bowling alley, a nightclub and a waterpark which wasn't as big as I thought it would be..but it was still good fun. The gates open at 10 and if you want sunbeds you`ll have to queue before the Germans get there they`ll just shove past and are very rude they think they own the place. Oh and if you want a sunbed round the pool you`ll have to be up very very early because the Germans hog them all.
Overall the hotel location is just fantastic everything you need is right in this complex. There are shops and markets outside Kamelya World with good bargains and they are easy to haggle. Lots of designer labels such as Gucci, Versace, D&G, everything from bags trainers jeans, jumpers (etc). In between the shops and the complex is a person selling nuts and you have to go past him every night and he gets very annoying.
So anyway enough of me bantering on my holidaying if you are planning you`re holiday in Kamelya World you won`t be disappointed - it`s fab.
I`m definitely going back.

The food is brilliant and good for everyone there was different restaurants for different styles of food for example Chinese and sea food ect....
This is the cleanest holiday village I have ever been on. The complex had a very lively atmosphere and there was always something for everyone to do.
The entertainment staff were absolutely fantastic they talked to everyone. They put on great shows that were suitable for everyone. The only fault about the entertainment was that if they said something in English they said it in about 10 other languages as well so the shows took ages.
I especially miss Atti, Anastasia, Maria, Erman, Moobella and Curell. Atti was gorgeous and I love him to bits.
