The Queen Resort Appartments were only opened a few days before we travelled to Turkey.
Appartment - were very clean also had nice furnishings
Pool - very clean and also small pool too
food - mainly british style, however good & tasty
cleanliness of rooms - cleaners came everyday to clean
TV - 20" Flat screen BEKO LCD monitors
Decor - Wicked - absolutely stunning (loved it)
Air Con - available for a small optional extra cost but well worth every penny (or should I say ytl..)
Other Facilities:
doctors - right next door
restaurant - right next door & many others too
Bus stop - just 2 mins away
Hairdressers - a couple of doors away
We never had any problems with the staff. They spoke good english and also were so polite it was untrue.
Any complaint if you had one would be dealt with quickly.
The only problem we had was with Thomas Cook / First Choice - which has still not been resolved as yet. It was regarding the Flight Meals (which should have been vegitarian) and also the Hotel accomodation booking was not done correctly - we therefore had to stay at another hotel in Turgetres for one nite and also half a day. The hotel managed to sort out a deal with us with half price air conditioning and also a free meal for the three of us. We still haven't had any compensation from Thomas Cook / First Choice holidays even though we were promised
