the hotel was very clean with staff working constantly to keep it that way. the rooms we had were also very clean with the bed and towels changed daily. we pay a bit extra to have a select room which had a jaccuzi in the bedroom which was nice. the only downside to this was that you had to sacrifice half of your balacony for it. the maids clean everyday and left fresh flowers on the beds which was a nice touch.
all the staff were very friendly and very helpful. the location was good set about a five minute drive from kussadasi center and right on the beach. the sea was very warm and shallow with a good range of water activities available. the canoes and pedaloes are free to use but you do have to pay extra to jetski's etc. the daytime entertainment was very good and the team very good with everyone who was prepared to get involved. after playing darts water polo volley ball and various games everyday i'm glad to be home for the rest. i would definately visit this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone. just remember that this is an international hotel an that the food reflects this. contrary to some reports there is plenty of choice the only downside of this hotel is that the all inclusive finishes at 11pm and that is when the adult entertainment really starts. the is also a disco here that starts a midnight till 2am. if you book to go here then make sure that you are prepared to pay for extras there are for a la carte resteraunts that range in price from 10 lira per person to 22 lira per person but in each you get at least a 5 course meal that would challenge anyone to each. this was our first visit to turkey and with was a very plesant experience for all of us. we have already booked to go back to turkey next year although to a different part only because we want to see more of the country. this hotel is definately worth a visit.

The hotel was lovely, and I would have rated the cleanliness a lot higher, except for the fact that on the day we got their our mini bar wasin a terrible state. It had food stains in the bottom and goodness knows what growing in it! This was still the case on the day we left, even though several members of staff had been in too refill it!
The location was ideal for us. We were a bit dubious before hand as we had heard that Kusadasi was a bit of a party area and we really aren't in to any of that, but the hotel is comfortably situated a fair distance from the town (about 5-10 minutes by taxi). The hotel was also in a good position to visit plenty of tourist attractions, i.e. Ephesus, Pammukale, Miletos, Didyma and Priene, to name but a few. The only tour I would NOT recommend going on was the Greece trip to the island of Samos. It was too much hassle, and there is nothing to see or do in the town there anyway... Although the island is beautiful your not missing out on anything!
Entertainment is the hotel was amazing. The choreographer (excuse my poor spelling if that's wrong!) was fantastic, she was truely and amazing dancer.
I would visit this hotel again if I had children. It is fantastic for familys as there is so much to do all day and into the evening. The only thing I would have to think about would be whether or not I would travel with first choice.

on arrival we had booked a room with pool view on first floor. We were given down stairs no pool view dirty room yes dirty the sink was bloked with parisites in it and carpet very dirty and covered in hairs lots. We complained to reception and after a 45minite wait it was cleaned. The pools were 10/10 but no sun loungers available every day they where all taken. Food looked like a lovely banquet but always cold and we didnt like it. the only staff that were nice to us where the gardeners and one waiter. Our room was very clean, beds were changed every other day and towels changed daily. Food was a bit repetitive but you have 14 days to try various things! Queues were a pain but, then again, you're sharing with how many other people? Hotel staff were very helpful and polite and we found the entertainment ok. If you holiday every year then, yes, perhaps you would expect more. Our last holiday was 4 years ago so we absolutely adored it, we had a fantastic time, especially at the waterpark. We would definitely visit this hotel again and would go next year if we could afford it.

Aqua Fantasy is a nice hotel but it is the fact the waterpark is onsite that gives it more apeal. Important things: Rooms were cleaned daily, towels changed ane linen even nice little towel and curtain sculcptures left for us. Again generally hotel was kept nice and clean. Food: We stayed on the older club side and this in my oponion was better for certain things like the buffet, we went over to the worlds a couple of times and the ques were long the food was not cold but not hot whereas the club side as it is a smaller side was generally ok and as fewer stations to put the food they kept replacing it more often i think this is why it was hotter. The staff work very long shifts around 13 hours a day and were very polite and helpful, never forget how far a decent tip goes for service. The breakfasts had a nice choice but i did miss my bacon and sausage, their are cook stations for fresh ommlets, fried eggs, pancakes and such, all cokked to order so yes can be a little wait but for a perfectly cooked egg well worth it. Lunch a chioce from pool bars or buffet, Pool bars serve Pizza, Hotdogs, Burgers, chicken chips and pasta, buffet are salads and a nice choice form the hot buffet.
Aquapark is just off Club side and although no food or drink is allowed (they do check your bags) they never found our bottles of water wrapped uip in our towels. The water park has a good choice of slides but can get busy, tip: go first thing or late in day, it stays open until 7pm and at the end their is hardley anyone their, we would go in the morning until 12ish then onto the beach as their is a nice breeze, also free canoes & pedaloes. Aqua Fantasy have the basics to be a 5 star but let them selves down on a few areas such as all incl finishes at 11pm, ice creams only between 1pm and 2pm, furnishing in some of the bars. The club side especially feels like it has been let go due to the world side and if they would address a few things it would really make a difference.
Entertainment, must admit not my cup of tea but you could see the appeal for the younger ones and if you like butlins style then you will be fine. I wouldn't not go again and when Fc are flying into Izmir to reduce transfer time if a deal came up i would go but i would not make it my first option again. Hope I have gave a general view, i have also posted different info on the forum but in short if traveling as a couple then Noooo!! dont do it but with a family then yes, My 2 13 & 11 were never short of something to do and had a really good holiday. we all found aqua fantasy hotel wonderful! we had a great holiday and there is something their for everyone. people moan about the food but there were so many choices and my 8 year old daughter is fussy but she always enjoyed the home made tomato soup to start with and then a choice of potatoes, chips, meats and lots of vegtables or rice dishes. the entertainment people were wonderful, always so friendly and had a laugh with us by the pool side daily. the all inclusive up until 11pm was a pain as the disco at the peal bar didnt start until 11pm so most people would spend an hour filling their table up with drinks to last them, which in my case i thought the hotel would be better having all inclusive til 2am to avoid waste as their were always so many drinks that hadnt been drunk! if it were later then people would order a drink as an when required instead of having to think how many they needed to last them! the entertainment boys made our holiday and they love children and made my little 8 year old daughters holiday by getting her up to dance and throwing her in the pool! my three teenage daughters also had a great time.

We stayed here 2 years ago when there was only the club side. This year we stayed in the world side which was excellent. The hotel was a lot busier this time around but our saving grace was the Atlantis adult only/ silent pool(security controlled). This allows you the peace and quiet you want as the other main pool on world side was extremely busy,loud and people were putting towels out at 06:30hrs. The facilities at night time have improved we enjoyed the beach party and the bowling alley is well worth a visit (

We stayed all inclusive at this hotel. We found it to be bigger than expected and it took a couple of days to get our bearings.

The hotel was spotless, but a few bins round the poolside would be good.

The hotel was around 6 km from Kusadassi but there is so much to do we never really left it.

The staff were very friendly and maid service was excellent
entertainment could have been better but we were happy enough.

We will be visiting this hotel next year and highly recommend it for families.

I read the reviews before I went and was quite worried but was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. I am fussy and have no complaints with the complex at all.
The hotel was clean and the rooms spacious. Clean towels in the room everyday and sometimes flowers and hearts decorated the bed.
The food was excellent with a vast choice. This is an international hotel catering for all nationalities so there is plenty of choice, don't expect to find just British food.
The hotel is about 6km outside Kusadasi a cab will cost around 20Lira and the Dolmus 2.5Lira.
The staff are very friendly and a please and thank you goes a long way with them.
The entertainment in the evening was OK can't really complain.
The hotel beach is not up to much looks like a man made beach and the water isn't clear, but we just stayed around the pools they were great. The Aqua Park was brilliant.
The shops in the complex are quite expensive and you are better going into Kusadasi to shop. The market is on Wednesdays in the town.
I would stay at this hotel again and highly recommend the hotel for families.
