Location
we had a family room inside the hotel which had the most fantastic beach view. it was a great way to start your day.
rooms were clean and we had a maid every day to make the beds.
the pools were lovely but very deep, and very cold but they were always clean, i never saw a piece of litter on the floor for more than a minute.
entertainment was based around the french and not always interpreted in english, don't get me wrong the entertainment staff were fab and extremley talented but if u didn't speak french sometimes u were left not knowing what was going on!!!!
food was nice, large selection of main, salad, breads, cheeses etc but you needed to go to the main restaurant to find this the side bars were limited to chips, chips and chips!
overall great beaches, great veiws, great staff {they love kids}best holiday so far!

cleanliness is excellant reception staff very friendly and helpfull,jo the tc rep had great info on the area and was very helpfull on picking the right trip i went swimming with dolphins wow!!!!!didnt have any kids with me but that didnt stop the kids club reps chatting to me.ENTERTAINMENT TEAM, wow they were amazing had been here in may and the english team had struggled back then due to lack of venue space but they have now joined with the french this makes a team of 13 and it works so well you have annis, ebo,
ozgur, mido the only word for them is MAD, katy if u want to relax then stay away from her!!!!! kim is very talented and has an amazing voice.this is an amazing complex and would defo go back, try it you wont b disapointed as long as you go with an open mind that this is turkey a foreign country that has probably never heard of fishfingers and that it it is a multi lingual complex not blackpool then you will be fine

There are lots of steps so not for those with mobility problems. The infinity pool was amazing, however getting sunbeds was not easy!.The three themed restaurents are lovely, the choice of food in these is limited but for a nice leisurely evening meal being waited on in a beautiful setting well worth a visit. We had four teenagers with us and they found friends, joined in the activities and had a good holiday.
It was our first time to turkey but would definitely go back again and to this hotel.

The food was good, lots of choice including kids food although inevitably after 2 weeks there was some repetition.
The best thing were the desserts - really lovely especially the turkish baklava which looked like sausage rolls but were deliciously sweet and syrupy, even the kids liked them!.
It is true that lollies are not included in the all inclusive but you could have a free walls icecream at lunchtime, which my youngest daughter did every day.
The location of the hotel was perfect, very quiet, lovely grounds, 2 nice beaches and 2 fantastic pools. The staff we encountered were very polite and helpful, as were the british reps.
This hotel was really only let down by the british entertainment which was held in the winter garden on the third floor.
This was an indoor venue with no air conditioning so it was impossible to watch it and very few people bothered. We went to the french entertainment in the amphitheatre which was easy to understand and quite funny at times.
Not sure why the entertainment couldnt have been a joint affair between brits and french, we did ask but were told that the brochure promised english entertainment so it had to be provided separately. Tosh!
The daytime activities were joint and this worked fine, although the french reps did all the work!! We visited Ephesus which was interesting but extremely hot this cost us about

Unfortunately, as much as they tried, the English entertainment was poor. Attended the French entertainment instead, which was quite a bit better, although we couldn't understand too much of it.
Unfortunately, we were first booked into a room within the hotel itself, which was of a very poor standard, so we were moved to a bungalow, which was much better, although not as good a standard as we had had in previous years.
It seems that this hotel has had a lot of work done to it in the last couple of years, but the existing rooms seem to have been left to decline. The existing rooms, need a definite face lift.
We would return again, but I'd be quite picky about my room next time, in case I got one of their sub-standard rooms again.

ALL INCLUSIVE : This is veilled in the brochure as food is only available at stated times and this should really be classed as FULL BOARD with free drinks. Breakfast is 0700 to 1000 and i saw no signs of a late breakfast as stated. Food is then not available until 1pm at the two snack bars and consistes only of chips burgers and spag bol with assorted salad and some trifle cakes. Lunch in the main restaurant is 1300 to 1430 and dinner is 1930 to 2130 after which no food is available in the hotel. This can be a problem for any diabetics and taking food out of the restaurant is prohibited but as we were missing our last meal on our final day and the prospect of airport food only we got some silver foil from the local supermarket and made up some rolls and baguettes at lunchtime for the trip home.
The food in main restaurant is absoloutely superb and varied and the choice is amazing. Ten out of Ten for food quality and option and on Turkish night go straight to the outside section for the lamb and kebabs and wraps.
ICE CREAMS : This is not available on this tariff but ice creams can be purchased from the lower pool shop kiosk at approx 3/4 lira for a cornetto. This shop is open between 1000 and 1700 and also sells newspapers if needed that will cost about 5 lira or

All inclusive - is a slight miss-nomer when applied to this hotel. As mentioned previously there is no facility for late snacks, childrens ice creams.
The hotel food whilst plentiful and varied at brekfast and dinner was spolit by the snack bars only serving, Kofte with rice and Chips, hamburger with Chips, cheese and chips, chips and chips and spaghetti bologs which you could have,(yes youv'e guessed!!) Chips. The main restaurant is a long walk with not a few steps from the infinity pool etc especially at the hottest time of the day.
The hotel waiting staff and bar staff are great allways ready to smile and serve quickly not missing out the kids. However the management staff at the hotel are appalling. They pretend not to speak english when it suits them and could not orgaise a drink in a brewery. For an alledged 4 star hotel this is just not acceptable. However the Reps based at this hotel are suprb and deserve alot of credit. Joe sorted out room allocation problems and Billy sorted them out when they tried to charge us
