We have just reluctantly returned from Club Paloma after spending a week there. It wasn't long enough. I'm already eager to book for next year. We were very impressed with this complex.

The staff were 1st class with friendliness and helpfulness. They all worked extremely hard and did a fantastic job. The food was excellent and plenty of it. The pool was great with good daytime activities going on.

Our room was super with a great sea view and everywhere was extremely clean. Well Done Club Sultan. We'll be back!!

The hotel is beautiful, the location is stunning and our rooms were ok once we got used to the fact that the water leaking from underneath the bath was part of the refurbishment.

We were in the main part of the hotel which had already been refurbished although my sister was moved twice until she was put with us when someone moved out. We think someone complained and was put in her room.

The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff were ok.Some of the maids left rose petals and folded the towels into fans which was a nice touch.

The food was ok but boring after a while. my daughter and sister are vegetarians and struggled to find anything meat free. we are not burger and chips eaters and would have liked more genuine Turkish food.

Our biggest complaint was the rudeness of the reception and bar staff towards us basically because we were not French. We were often ignored and overlooked by both, we would be next in turn for service and a French person would walk up and be served immediately. I speak French but did not let on that I did. The English were frequently the butt of unkind comments by French guests, the staff and the French entertainment team.

The French entertainment team were without doubt the most talented we had ever seen, however the shows were for the French guests and we were frequently bypassed, in the end we just forced ourselves on them.

After the first week several coach loads of French guests were leaving and the entertainment team dragged up massive speakers from the pool and put on a leaving show for them. Guess what they put on for the English guests leaving two days later - nothing-nowt-rien!!So we put on our own little show to say goodbye.

The last week was also a nightmare when we were taken
ill with a bug. At first we thought it was only us but it turned out that more than a hundred people were ill and the help and advise were zero. The suggestion was because we were English but we knew German and French guests were ill.

Thomas cook reps nice but useless and totally outclassed by the hotel staff and entertainment team.

We arrived mid afternoon and were dealt with very efficiently by the hotel staff - we requested an upgrade - there was nothing wrong with the room allocated - we just wanted one as close to the beach as possible. We were immediately given keys to another room and taken to view it - Perfect!

Entrance foyer was a beautifully clean and welcoming first sight of the complex - room was immaculate with fabulous sea-view. No problem with the food - we knew what to expect having gone all inclusive a few times. Plenty of variety, something to suit everyone.

The location suited us fine as we just wanted to chill out for a week but there were plenty of trips if you wanted to go off site.

Staff in general were very nice, polite and helpful - the only small problem being the main bar in the evening with four staff but usually only one actually doing anything.

The animation team worked really hard all day with various things round the pool and beach and the evening shows were quite varied and with audience participation on some nights, a good laugh.

We would certainly recommend this hotel.

On the whole we were very disappointed with the hotel.

The staff were all unfriendly and unhelpful towards the British.

The main hotel was clean and well kept but the surrounding bungalows in which we stayed in were dirty, badly maintained and ours was infested with ants.

The food was inedible (the worst in any hotel I have seen.)

There were just three main meals a day which were very regimented, and there were no snacks during the day (which are expected on an all inclusive holiday)

The entertainment was ok but was targeted toward the Europeans.

Great pool and beach.

In my opinion it is not a 4 star hotel.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!

This was a stunning hotel and we stayed in the bungalows which were kept immaculately clean.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful (particularly when I had a problem with my travellers cheques) and their driver took us to the local town in the hotel car and helped with language problems.

The food is excellent in both of quality and variety although probably not to traditional British tastes.

The Hotel is very international and as such entertainment is expected to cater for all which it does very well.

My 7 year old daughter had a wonderful time on the waterslides which she rarely came off!

I would highly recommend this hotel particularly to those who like an "international aspect" to the holiday

We were thrilled when we pulled up at the hotel. It is surrounded by lovely gardens and there is no litter, everywhere is really well kept.

The room was great, really spacious and nicely decorated. A double bed and a sofa/bed. The shower and bath were top quality also!

The foyer is gorgeous, a really nice place to sit and have a drink to get out of the sun! The pool/beaches/slides are great! There is so much to do, but at the same time you can do nothing at all and have a great day! Also the water sports on the beach are fab... Although you have to pay, it is well worth it!

The food was really nice, always something to eat. Breakfast was a bit different to what we expected, as the accomodate to all nationalities, not only the British. The kebab nights on a wednesday were great!!

The club on site was great too. We met some really good friends there who we are still in contact with!

There are loads of reasonably prices excursions to go on, aswell as the hotels entertainment- which is great fun to watch!!

The staff are helpful, and do anything to help. The cleaners are top quality. When we got to our room the soam dish was broken, but before we even said anything to them, someone came in to fix it! When we were walking back from the town one day one of the members of staff drove past and offered us a lift back to the hotel! Great service!

We are planning to go back to the hotel next year. I would most definately recommend this hotel!
NB: The alcoholic measures are huge!! I had to order a soft drink with each one to dilute! The beer and wine are great too for free!!

Just returned from the Club Sultan where we had a wonderful holiday.
The Hotel was extremely clean, the staff extremely freindly and helpful, any needs from reception were dealt with immediately.
Maid service was everyday and was extremely thorough.

Entertainment was not too bad, it was an onsite animation team that tried extremey hard, the evening entertainment was ok but based on French taste.

The food really catered for foreign tastes and did not cater too much for the English Children (although I beleive the English have only been attending this site for 2 years so it may get beter).
The food was however not too bad and the Turkish nights were undoubtedly the best.

The Hotel is a little isolated and the bungalows can be up a steep hill (but at least your luggage is delivered and collected from your rooms.

The beach facilities were excellent and the pool was large with many sunbeds.
The rep (yasmin)was extremely helpful and was not over pushy on the usual excursions.

All in all we had a thoroughly good time and would have no hesitations in returning to this hotel.

We had a lovely holiday at Club Sultan and even enjoyed the very "cheesy" club dances (so did our 4 year old especially, and he's still doing them now!). Food was good and quite varied although it made no sense for the children to have chips available twice a day on some days and then not at all on others! Turkish nights were good. Kids club run by Thomas Cook UK was superb and Yasmin the rep was very friendly and helpful. Beach & pool excellent, both very clean all the time. Whole hotel was well run and clean - not a cockroach in sight! Drinks were a little bit limited on the All Inclusive - especially for a child who doesn't like fizzy drinks and so was limited to orange squash.
We would have no heitation in returning here again nor in reccommending this hotel to others.
