The Guest relations staff were useless, last year Barbara (on the animation team this year) was perfect and everyone loved her bright and cheery disposition but this year we had to put up with two females who were more interested in how their nails looked than how the holidaymakers were getting on.
Cleanliness as last year was first class. The food was not as varied as last year unfortunately.
They closed the outside restaurants when it was cloudy and said it was due to rain...even when there was no rain ! The Fantasia was closed and it looked like they were closing down for the season earlier than they should have.
I would go back again but not for quite a few years.

The towels were changed every day as and the room tidied and bed made. During our stay we had very heavy rain and our room flooded. When we phoned reception they sent someone to sort out the drain and the maid cleaned our room straight away.
The food was fantastic. There was plenty of it and a lot of variety. You could get something to eat at anytime of the day.
The hotel is a little remote but being all inclusive this wasn't really a problem. We actually walked back from Fethiye one day and enjoyed the exercise.
The beaches at the hotel were good and you could always get a sunbed.
I found the hotel staff helpful and friendly and the entertainment, although loud and not to everyones taste every night, was good. Again there was plenty of variety so there was something for everyone.

The holiday village is set in a beautiful part of the country. On arrival the staffs were always friendly and helpful. Our bags are taken to our room, which was a bonus as we had quite a few stairs to climb. When we arrived at our room the views were amazing, so it was well worth the walk.
All the restaurants served a variety of food, there was something for everyone. There was a kids club which my younger children were happy to go into, this made it possible for our teenage daughters my husband and I to enjoy the motorized sports and a quiet sunbath on the beach.
If you felt a little lazy and didn't want to walk around this large complex there was always the option of getting on there little train this would take you to the other side of the complex.
Every afternoon there were freshly cooked donuts these were a hit with the children, very yummy. The boat took us over to the town which was a lovely trip and far nicer than getting a cab.
If we ever had any questions we spoke to a lovely lady called Barbara who was always very helpful. If you wanted an extra pillow or had a problem in your room the staff would deal with it within minutes. The complex was spotless. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. We found it very hard to spend any money as everything was there.
I have tried to think of something negative but I can't, it was that good that we are going for our third visit next month.

The pools were clear and tested regularly and were cleaned during the night. The rooms were comfortable and towels changed daily and bedding every other day. Thank goodness for the air-conditioning!!! It was lovely. There were plenty of sunloungers around the pools and along the beaches and you didn't have to 'bags' on at 5 o'clock in the morning like some hotels.
The food was very good, but as usual, does get a bit samey after two weeks. There was lots of choice, even a diet menu and a baby menu if that

The food was wonderful, I am a fussy eater so normally I struggle on holidays but even I had alot to choose from. The staff were very polite and well trained and spoke perfect English, they couldn't do enough for you.
The entertainment was good and they had a different show on each night but also loads of activities going on throughout the day so there was always something to do if you did'nt want to sunbathe.

Steps up to rooms can be a bit of a hike but you soon get use to it. Bars serve branded drinks - you just need to ask for them by name as they keep them under the counter. Food excellent, plenty of choice, well cooked and well presented.
Lobby bar open 24hrs. Plenty of snacks all day long. 3 lovely beaches with plenty of sunloungers, towels provided free of charge. Most watersports are free. Half hourly shuttle boat over to Fethiye, well worth the trip over.
Good market for all your "genuine fakes" Can get dolmus here to Olu Deniz and Hisonaru. Staff were excellent and animation team were very good but entertainment at night a little cheesy.
All in all an excellent holiday. 10 out of 10

The rooms were small, but as we spent very little time in them it didn't really matter.
There were loads of steps in the resort, but nothing that we weren't expecting so couldn't complain.
We had no problems with the boat into town, but maybe this was as we were there fairly early in the season (whitsun).
The children enjoyed the entertainment, but we didn't watch much of it as we sat in the main bar and kids were able to pop back and fore.
all in all a FAB holiday and would definatley go back again next year.

The hotel is set in a bay away from Fethiye which is a free boat ride away or short trip in a taxi. This may not suit everyone but for those wanting to get away from it all it is ideal as the hotel and it's grounds are large enough to spend all day walking around - with stops at the bars and restaurants on route! It is hilly in places and there are some steep climbs to some rooms but with the 'train' travelling up and down the grounds every few minutes it is easy to get around.
The choice of restaurants means you will never go hungry and the quality of food is very good. The main bar in the 'village centre' was well staffed and even in the evening with a lot of people around it was easy to get served or the staff would take orders from your table.
The entertainment was very similar to other all inclusive hotels we have stayed and although not to our taste was very well organised and a lot of work was put into the shows.
If there had to be a downside it would be the Russians! They are not the politest of people and the all inclusive concept for them means taking a plate of everything from the buffet and piling it on the table, leaving anything they couldn't eat - which was most of it. But once we got used to their ways it was ok and the staff are always pleased to serve a polite English person in comparison. Also, it was nice to see the return of the beer belly speedo look...thought it had died forever?!
In summary - we are going back this year!

Yes there are loads of steps I hated that bit especially when you have had one to many. Yes the rooms are not perhaps as modern as you would like. But the food was amazing staff were great all of us loved entertainment, clean as clean can be and a fabulous setting.
All in all if you are thinking about it just book it, you will love it. The all inclusive really means all inclusive here!!!!

The hotel is just out of this world and is set in a beautiful setting.
There is 3 buffet restaurants to eat in at all meal times and 3 speciality restaurants, we could not complain about the food at all. There was something to eat 24 hours if you wanted it. There was also 24 hour drinks and a lovely cocktail list to choose from.
The pools and the beach were fantastic and very clean.
The rooms were also very clean. The only downside to the rooms is that some of them are very high up which meant a long walk back to your room up lots and lots of steps, we knew this before we went so did not find it a problem.
Would definitely go back to this hotel again.
