Location
The room was cleaned every day and we always seemed to have fresh towels and bedding.
The swimming pool area was very nice and always enough parasols and sunbeds even after 10.00am. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The breakfast was boring and repetitative the cornflakes were stale, but the evening food which we ate on two occassions was very nice and varied.
The hotel was a 7 minute walk from the bustling lively resort of Hisaranou.
There was entertainment on some nights at the hotel which seemed ok but we went out most nights.
I think the only thing that lets the Asena village down is the accommodation this definetly needs updating.
I would go back to Hisaranou and we have looked at other hotels for next year, but I wouldn't go back to the Asena only because the accommodation was too basic for me.

The hotel itself was really nice, nice location very good swimming pool and always able to find a sunbed around the pool.
Food was a total let down at breakfast your only choice was meat, cheese and bread or stale cereal my son lived on bread for the whole two weeks. You could have a fried breakfast but they charged you for this and was very expensive.
Evening meals was complete opposite lovely meals but choice of hot meal a bit repeative.
Loved the idea of sitting outside on the three tiered terrace eating dinner.
Entertainment was none existant in the daytime for the children the only daytime activity was the occassional game of waterpolo for adults only. Night time they did lay entertainment on but was often 11.30 till they started.and the children were often to tired to watch.
All in all a nice holiday but I would not go back to this hotel or stay in hisaronu as I have stayed at a lot better hotels for the same kind of money I paid for this one.

Food excellent. The Chef took pride in his meals and provided a good choice of food. No Pizzas or Nuggets for children so they need to be prepared to eat traditional Turkish food.
The Hotel was about ten mins from the main street, with a wide range of shops. Azda was the cheapest for food and water.
The staff made the holiday, they would do anything and everything to help, they work extremely hard for little money.
They had Turkish nights, belly dancing and movies to watch - something for every one.
I would definitely visit this hotel again

Stayed at this hotel June 12th for 2 weeks and want to go back Now!
Asena village is fab I've never been to a hotel where the staff are responsible for most of the entertainment they did a fab job and all work so hard.
We stayed in family room, very clean I asked for ground floor and a quiet area which is what we had. Spacious accommodation large wardrobe space, large room with 3 single beds and another room with a very large double bed, dressing table and a small balcony. Laminate flooring.
Maids did a brillant job. Asena boys are very entertaining always having fun and dancing pool volleyball in the day.
Hi to Ramazan resturant manager and all staff chefs are top class brill food.
Very pretty views of the mountains.
Big hello to Memet hotel photographer who take brill pictures.
Didn't like card system much so paid the bill every other day otherwise bill creeps up and you don't realise as drinks and food slightly more expensive than in the village but really worth going half board as food is nice and they make a real effort to please.
Breakfast was fine basic Turkish but did have coffee, jams, bread, boiled eggs, ceral and omlettes on other mornings so not bad.
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ASENA WILL BE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The rooms were kept nice and clean, towels and bedding changed every other day. The location was ideal, set in a quiet area with surrouneding mountains and woods .
The pool and it's surrounding area was lovely and clean, little pool and shallow end for the kids, deeper end for the adults. Games played in the pool with staff, eg. water polo, water volley ball.
Would go back to this hotel again at any time.

The pool is kept very clean and there are very deep areas for diving and shallower areas for the little ones. They usually have daily pool games aimed more for the adults/older kids. Communal areas are kept very clean and staff are extremely friendly, helpful and a credit to the hotel.
We were on half board and the food was very good. You can just help yourself to whatever and however much you would like. There was a very friendly atmosphere throught the resort and the staff are great with the kids (but sometimes do get them wound up a bit too much!!). The room was a good size and comfortable with maid service on a daily basis.
However we weren't fortunate enough to have an upgraded room (at least I hope it hadn't been). It didn't make much difference as to whether the windows were open or not as they didn't keep out any noise which echoes throught the whole block.
We also had a big problem with ants in our room, which I have to say the hotel were very quick to respond with, but we couldn't keep drinks, chocolate or any sweet things lying around. We also weren't that impressed with the shoe marks all over the walls with dead mosquitos and bugs squashed underneath from previous occupants.
The only real complaint was the drink prices. THEY ARE NOT CHEAP as we had been told. We paid nearly 18 POUNDS for a double Malibu and coke and a cointreau and lemonade!! So be careful what you buy. Local vodka and gin are cheap and try and buy your drinks during happy hour!! Another good tip is they sell pop for 3 lira a glass when you can buy the bottle for 6 lira and get 4 or 5 glasses out of that.
The supermarket 5 mins up the road opposite the Irish bar is very helpful and cheaper if you wanted to stock up.

Staff are very friendly, rooms are very clean, food is A1.
Location is excellent only 5 mins from town.
Pool is amazing.
A good choice of food for breakfast and evening meal.
Entertainment in hotel is very good the break dancing is a must to watch.
They run a card system to buy drinks and food a good idea but make sure you pay bill every couple of days as it mounts up very quickly.
Weather was excellent for the 2 weeks we were there.
Scenery around hotel was fantastic.
It's about 5 mins drive to the beach we shall be going back next year defo!!!
