Have to try Tommy's bar (2 minutes over the road) - fantastic food and service - Also Meryhem (a 10 minute walk towards square) is absolutely the best if you like local cuisine - try the mixed meze starter - WoW!

Plenty of lovely restaurants close by, and depending if you like Boom Boom bars or places for a chill drink, everything is on your doorstep, but doesn't interfere with your sleep.

Resort was very clean, Plenty of Restaurants, Bars, Shops to keep you entertained day and night!
Didn't visit the beach very much as stayed in the hotel pool, but when we did, although the beach was very crowded, the water was perfect, and crystal clear!

well we have been to pinewood 11 years in a row now , and loved it everytime , turkey is a georgeous place and pinewood is outstandenley lovely.The owners witch are Abraham , and Zemra are the nicest couple i no! the staff are realy nice and now that we have been there so many years its just like going home. the staff are called hunas (chrisy thats what we call him ), joseph,ozzie,simon,and i think thats about it there could be a few more!we love pinewood and we will be defanley be goin again ! in turkey we no lots of people.the main town is not far from the pinewood (about 10 mins).the food in the pinewood is realy nice , they normaly have a barbacu once a week and also a sunday dinner witch is realy nice!by matthew tuck

Nice resort, very pretty. The only downside was you get pestered everywhere you go. Every shop, bar or cafe, turkish men are there trying to get your custom. A firm no thanks, another time usually works. There are a nice mixture of restaurants to choose from. There are some lovely restaurants by the stream.
The market is worth visting but again be prepared to be hassled majorly, be strong and grab lots of bargains!!
There are buses that run to marmaris every 10 min, and are very cheap.
Overall a very nice resort suitable for all.

icemeler is as peaceful or noisy as you want it to be with bars catering for all tastes but it is the people who work there that really make your holiday but please take note buying food or drink on beach can be extremely dear check board outside of cafe at stretch of beach just to make sure prices are not to inflated

Very pretty resort, surrounding by forest type mountains. Beach mainly run by restaurants and bars along the sea front but sunbeds pretty cheap, not sure whether they make up for this with the bar and food prices though as we dont really do the beach and prefer to be at the pool. Went on a boat trip, visited about 6 bays, fairly cheap with lunch included at about £16 per couple but they want to sell you everything while you are on there. They keep you on there as long as possible and selling drinks, crisps ice creams etc etc and unless you want to dehydrate or drink your own warm water you have to buy. They tot the bill up at the end of the cruise so keep an eye on your spend. Some people were not happy and felt they had been overcharged. Just opportunties to swim really and one stop off at Turunc but only for around 40 mins so not long enough in our opinion. Went on trip to Rhodes, worth it, as very pretty and had been before, but you can tell you are in a Eu country as the prices were incredible. We ordered two medium beers, came in a wellington boot type glass and cost us 15 euros. Was too hot to walk around for too long so cant really make comment about shops as couldnt be bothered to saunter round them. Also not a market person and couldnt imagine shuffling around a market in that heat (good job i never went else would have been charged even more for over luggage allowance). Market supposed to be worth a visit though if thats for you. Got abit tired of being accosted to go into the bars every one you walked past, but just say you have eaten and they will leave you alone. Also asked numerous times for hairdo, shave for husband, turkish bath etc, loads of them up and down the streets all touting for business. Very clean resort. Visted the Stella show, ok for free but they charge alittle more for the drinks. One of the nicer resorts we have been on holiday too, enjoy

Icmeler is a beautiful town with plenty to do. Restaurant are outstanding which are very cheap in price, you can eat and drink out like kings for £10-£20 each. Shopping is good shops in Icmeler are better than market, market is hot and stuffy better quality in shops in town!! Lots of reliable outlets to book trips, you can hire a private boat for as little as £10 per each adult, £5 for 6-12years olds and under 6's go free, great day out. Water park, aqua dream is also very good value for money, you can't take your own food and drink in but prices are reasonable!! Our 4th visit to Icmeler and have booked our 5th!!!

Iclemer is a fantastic resort for the old, the young, families etc. Most of the restaurants are good and have entertainment for all.
Really enjoyed this resort and will be back next year - although will choose our hotel very carefully.

Resort has plenty of very good restaurants & friendly waiters everywhere. Hospitality was first class! Food great. 5/10 mins walk to beach and minutes from shopping area.
