Have to try Tommy's bar (2 minutes over the road) - fantastic food and service - Also Meryhem (a 10 minute walk towards square) is absolutely the best if you like local cuisine - try the mixed meze starter - WoW!

Plenty of lovely restaurants close by, and depending if you like Boom Boom bars or places for a chill drink, everything is on your doorstep, but doesn't interfere with your sleep.

Very clean green resort with the streets and footpaths swept and cleaned every, including the bins/rubbish collected every day. Plenty of entertainment for all ages at the various restaurants and bars in the resort. Beach is a bit grainy but crystal clear water and is fairly shallow shelving making it a good family beach

It took 5-10mins to walk to the beach,the same to the shops,altho there is a shop on the corner at the selen apart,so good location.
Market is on wednesday's, took 10 mins to walk there,passing lots of eateries on way, very, very very hot in the market.
Efes was the one, for my hubby only 4 lira,which is still cheap, vodka and coke was 7 lira, expect to pay about 5o lira £20 for a meal for 2 adults, plus drinks.
Harry's steakhouse served an excellent steak,the only meal that was fully eaten as the portion here was smaller,which was great, managed to eat it all.
Florida restaurant was also very nice, i ordered fish, my hubby had steak,it was a very nice meal, altho the portion was quite large.
The police presence was very reassuring,they stopped sellers hassling buyers,which is much better for us tourists!!
Music is turned down at around midnight,so everyone can get some sleep and the police do check this.
Icmeler is beautifully landscaped,a truly pretty resort.

filthy dirty beaches, people miming to songs is classed as entertainment or belly dancers. the same old thing night after night in every bar. filth and rubbish and even a few dead rats in the streets. camel muck all over and just general rankness.

i would NEVER come back to turkey again. the people are rude to women and i even had one shop keeper try to steal my 11 year old sons wallet out of his hand!

resort very clean and lots of bars and restaurants to eat and pick your entertainments that are diffrent shows every day and night ,beach very clean although its shingle and not sand ,and plenty of sunbeds to rent although they are free sunbeds

the town is mostly clean apart from the side streets which get done late in the day resort entertainment is uncomparable as the local lads entertain you while you eat and drink the night away the beach is great just a bit shingly i will be back in sept 2009 love it there

Well the resort of Icmeler is fantastic and always very clean. There are plenty of restaurants with or without entertainment. Our favourite bar was Elvis bar which looked after us amazingly, but there are many to choose from.

icemler is a wonderful place to go with children he people there cannot do enough for you. the place is kept very clean and tidy and the staff in the restaurants are always there to please and look after you.

Icmeler is a lovely resort with fantastic restaurants, great prices and friendly people. The beach is lovely. This was our third time in this resort and we would certainly go back.
